Its my first playthrough on insanity,i would love to have help with builds.
i'm playing w/ infiltrator because a guy said it would be easier to play.

and i have some questions here:

Best Sniper Rifle for Insanity : Viper or Widow?
Best SMG for Insanity = Tempest or Locust?
Best Ammo = Cryo,Warp or Disruptor?
Best Armor pieces for Infiltrator ?

And i would like a build that could have a lot of damage,but keep me alive at the same time!Is this possible?

To answer your questions:
1. Widow is better for one-shot kills, but has ammo issues if you hang back too much. Viper is a very good all-around sniper rifle (it will not one-shot kill), but using it will allow to take a different weapon on the Collector Ship, like a shotgun.

2. It comes down to preference. I prefer the Shuriken or Tempest myself. Locust is good, but if you use the Viper, then the Locust becomes a little redundant.

3. Warp and Disruptor if you are using the Widow for one-shot kills. Disruptor and Cryo Ammo if using the Viper and other weapons.

4. Armor is mostly irrelevant. You can pretty much use whatever you want. With the Mantis/Widow for one-shot kills, you would want a lot weapon damage.

5. For builds, check the links above, particularly the list of strategy guides. A lot of Infiltrator builds are listed.
