I've got to disagree with Enter the Ninja. I didn't know how to take Die Antwoord when they went viral with that video, but since then, I've started to enjoy their music videos quite a lot. They're creative, colourful, talented personalities, and their music has grown on me. It's catchy.

No excuse for Disco Duck, though. I'm just not old enough to "get it."

Interesting, out or curiosity, did you originally hear about the second two from that one video Michael Swaim from cracked.com made about the worst amateur music videos on the web, or from somewhere else? Can't imagine why you didn't like Ah C'mon though, Chuggo does take his self parodying a bit far, but I still found it to be genuinely entertaining.

I've seen many "Worst Videos" and "Worst Songs" lists out there, and Jan Terri's was always one of them. Chuggo was also on one of those lists, yes.

The problem I have with the Chuggo video is how poor his rhymes are. Terrible writing, very aggressive flow, lots of misogyny, violence, and posturing, and a horrifying low-budget music video all combine to make it a terrible song that I occasionally go back to when I feel like stabbing out my ears with my eyes.

Charon, for one, is a great Finnish band. Harmaja as well. Both have the same lead singer. Well, had for Charon. They disbanded.

Finland has actually churned out some great music.

I think I'm just gonna go with the pop genre in general and call it a day.

I suppose I can see where you're coming from on most of these points, but I've heard far too many raps where the artist continually rhymes the same word with itself to agree that the rhymes in "Ah C'mon" were poor. At least relative to more mainstream songs.

I actually can sing, but I suck at some notes ... so a little beat, electric noise or loud guitar sound can cover my voice so that it seems I sing properly!
