Hey BSN, I have a challenge for you.


Super Destroyer Laser Light Dakka Challenge

Description
Equip the Spitfire on a Destroyer and enter a match.
Once in the game, you must find a good oppertunity to have as many enemies in sight as you can.
Then you need to hold the trigger, and not release it at any point until the gun auto-reloads.
Aquire as many kills as possible in that single clip.

Rules
Rage rules apply, pets don't count.
Gold or above, no farming bronze nub troopers.
No using Thermal Packs to refill the clip

Post a video to show the world your epileptic glory. Reining champion earns a seat in the hall of glory in this post.

To maximise dakka, it is advised to use extended mag mod, spec DM for clip size, and have Spitfire at X.
See, that Spitfire X did turn out to be worth something.

I'm sure it does, but you'd be surprised just how long one clip of the spitfire lasts on the Destroyer. Screenshots is just illogical and would make it hard to varify the actual amount of kills.

It's not like I can just take people's word that they killed 60 Banshees.

That has nothing to do with my intent.

Kinda hard for me to aim down sights holding the trigger while capturing the crap on my TV with my iPhone.  No big though.

Also, "verify".

Can we use thermal clip packs right before the mag depletes for maximum dakka?

That would be a no. The point is to cause as much damage as possible in a single clip, not make a bottomless clip. That sort of defeats the purpose.

OMG, I just clicked on the thread since I thought we were talking about the PPR (I don't have a Spitfire . As a matter of fact after Reckoning, I have gotten not ONE of the new URs, even though I had 7 mil at launch, and then I've spent probably 30 million more since then) and found this greatest video/gif ever. 

I will now use this gif for everything!  Made mah day.

Wave 1-2 of reapers would work well for this. Only marauders dodge and husks rush you like crazy.
