Hello guys, yesterday I went to recruit Jack and did her loyalty mission(I did this last) so that the arguement between Miranda and Jack could be settled by using Para/Gade option. I opted for the Paragon option to break it up. Now straight after this, because there were no side missions left for me to do, I was forced to do the Reaper IFF mission because there wasnt anything left and I had exhausted Jack's dialogue, she kept saying: "I'm done talking, come back later" So after the Reaper IFF mission, I completed all her dialogue aswell and the same goes for Legion's missions and the suicide mission.
So after the Suicide I had the dialogue where she asks if I have feelings for her(this is after you've selected "I'll wait" instead of saying yes to cheap sex). I told her I did have feelings for her and then she goes in the "Come back later" dialogue mode.
I've tried landing on the 4 settlements(Tuchunka, Illium, CItadel, Omega) and bought some stuff from the merchants, randomly spoke to npc's but I cant seem to go ahead and bring this romance to the next level. There are no side missions left(Perhaps I should buy LotSB?). There is nothing left to explore(100% on every system).
I need help!

Do you have Normandy Crash Site mission? If so you can land there and then go back to Normandy. It will advance time counters (unlike hub worlds).
That mission was part of the "Cerberus" DLC that you got with Cerberus Network, IIRC.
