I just got a delivery from the bioware store and found a DLC code for ME3 stuff inside. When i go to redeem it though, it says its already been used. I tried to contact EA help but every time I try to log in I get told it could not process the login. Do I just have to wait it out until I can log in and use the support?

You'll have to wait until you're able to log into the support site; those are the guys who will be able to help you with this issue.
