I'm trying to download the respec mod (and then after the skip fade mod).
When I try to open the zip file it keeps asking me which program I want to open it, but I can't find any unzip programs on my computer. I'm using Windows 7.
Online everyone keeps saying to right click and select "extract all" but right click isn't even giving me that choice.
This is what I'm trying to download.

What you need is to download and install a file compression program, that's capable of opening zip files.
Programs that can do this include WinZip, PKZip, 7-Zip, and WinRAR.
Some are free, some have a trial period and a smallish price to register. I THINK 7-Zip is free. I myself use WinZip, and have the registered version - if I remember correctly, it has a 30-day trial period.
You can find these programs by googling them.
You can download 7-Zip here.
Just download, and run the installer. Follow the instructions that come up, it should be a breeze to install.
After that, you can use the 7-Zip program to extract the packed mod files.

.dazip is not the same as .zip
To use the former, run daupdater.exe and install them with that.

Mods are made to the game through one of two methods: either as a 'dazip' (which appears as "Downloadable Content") or as individual files in the 'Override' folder.
A dazip mod is installed into the game through the use of a Bioware installed tool called daupdater. It is included in your game installation.
