To "wear" one of these custom banners, you must first have completed the challenge your desired banner is associated with (for example, you must complete Dog of War in order to choose the Grunt or Krogan custom banner). Log out of ME3 MP. Go to your N7 HQ here on the forum. Click on Challenge Awards. Then, click on the banner you wish to "wear". SPECIAL NOTE: There is currently a problem with these banners displaying properly in-game. They sometimes work, but most often show up as a "rainbow banner" broken image link.
