Tired of seeing players with level 1 gear in your lobbies? Frustrated with always being the one to carry the team? Annoyed by teammates who contribute only to the amount of enemies you're facing?

If so, then feel free to apply to join up with fellow players who play this game for the challenge, rather than simply looking for a handout. And to make sure no "inferior" (read: boosters) join the game, players will be evaluated over the course of five games (this is to make sure a good player does not get passed over due to bad luck).

You will be evaluated over these criterias:

1. Contribution: Aiding in objective waves (whether actually participating or drawing enemies from it), reviving your teammates, responsible use of consummables, etc. A player will not be judged on how many points he/she gets.

2. Communication: A player who warns teammates of impending doom is a valuable member. Players who mic spam (play annoying music, talk about unimportant things unless approved, BREATHING into your mic) will not be accepted.

3. Griefing: Players who shoot Possessed Abominations and incapacitate their teammates. One accident will be tolerated. After that, it's on your head. Players who activate the reactor while teammates or objectives are inside will not be accepted.

4. Survivability: A teammate who infrequently goes down is a valued member of any team. Note that getting sinc-killed will not count against you unless obvious stupididty (ex: Krogans using melee on Banshees) was observed.

5. Behaviour: As long as you maintain a team-based attitude (No critisim when you get downed ex: Why didn't you kill him?!? Wah wah wah) will be accepted. If you are a "rager", provided your ire is directed at the enemy, you will still be accepted.

Yes I am. I have played too many matches with players who get slaughtered and cost us the game. As you can imagine, this is frustrating, therefore I decided to post this in order to avoid getting matched with the level 10s carrying a Black Widow lvl 1 with lvl 1 Stronghold.

No new groups may be formed unless you can take out one of the leaders of the exisiting groups. I believe Disciple888 would qualify.
