I don't know if it's just me but I don't think there are enough stat boosting rings in the game to equip all the available companions. I like to work on getting my companions proper armor and weapons to make them the best they can be and I always found the selection of rings to be lacking. Even minor stat boosts are nice and having a selection of rings with stat boost of the appropriate stats for the various companions would have been nice.

I'm assuming you're on console?

Scroll down to "Manually Download" and get what rings you can. Some won't work, but some will.

It's because Frodo lost the one Ring in your game and had to steal a bunch of the other ones that were SUPPOSED to be in the game just in case he accidently took the wrong one.

Oh, that and Nugs, Nugs are evil. True story, right Sten?

I seriously thought this was going to be another lame LOTR comparison thread.

Yeah I notice how my party chest is filled with amulets and belts. But there is never any rings. To add to that most the rings dont have any significant benefits. The Imperium set is nice, but you get that as a set far too late in game. Of course Lifegiver is a must and Harvest Festival is great as a DLC item.

But other then that the amount of rings available in game is on the low side.

I am again reminded what a Fabergé fool I can be in these games. I mean, if the game supported it, surely my PC would be wearing rings on each finger, as many earrings as could be stuffed on either ear, as many amulets and necklaces that can drape around my neck, and the same for bracers and bracelets around my wrists, nose rings, belly button piercings, toe rings, eyebrow piercings, nip…

You get the idea. Because after all, in most games this stuff doesn't show up, so why not pile it on?

well I played my 1st play through clean no mods and my second I did cosmetic mods. I shouldn't have to use a mod to get enough decent rings for all my companions. But I guess I should check out some mods then.

I don't need the best gear just something, I'd be happy with a ring that gives +1 to a skill/attribute but I'm not going to put a bare gold or silver ring on a companion.

Yeah! there are a ton of useless necklaces with worthless stats that are trumped by better necklaces if some of those necklaces were rings instead I'd be happy.
