Would it not be kind of cool that if after the original Normandy was destroyed, (or the Destroy ending picked), Shepard's respiratory system was damaged to the point where he would have to wear a breathing mask for the rest of his life? And only able to remove it for short periods of time?
The possibilities (that I am thinking of) range from something as simple as Bane's breathing mask, to something as complex as Darth Vader's breathing apparatus.
P.S. I think this would be beneficial to the talimancers, considering now Shepard has something more in common with Tali.

A.) Cerberus was unable to fully repair Shepard's lungs after recovering him.
or
B.) Shepard survived the "Destroy Ending" explosion with damaged lungs.

They were able to bring back a dead man to life and fully restore his body but can't fix his lungs? Seems a bit weird.

If the mask gave me +10 biotic damage...eh, no. i'd have to look at that thing every time shepard talks and it'd annoy me.
