The only time I really wish that I could have changed the dialogue was Shepard's friend dinner with Kaidan on citadel, He says things that are just so out of character.

I love Liara...I find it hard in new playthroughs to NOT have her as my LI...

however...during Thessia...I wanted to chew into her and chew in hard.

it's hard to pinpoint one thing or give an example..it's just her tone....I realize it's her home so of course it's harder to see but....Thessia was just getting hit...Earth had been like that for awhile and got hit just as hard (if not harder)..yet you don't see Shepard goin off like that.

and her comment "maybe next time we go to war the alliance can throw in for air support" As if the Alliance wasn't already getting decimated..AND..the Asari councilor (all 3 of em) gave shepard a huge finger when asked for their help..and Liara is talking like that? whatever.

not to mention THEN you find out the Asari were hiding an intact Prothean beacon..that had COMPLETE knowledge of not only the Crucible and Catalyst..but the friggin REAPERS as well...

Her people are largely to blame because with that knowledge they'd have already been prepared for the invasion....

but whatever..that's another convo..it's just all that stuff....and Liara's comments, quips, and crap during that mission just rub me very badly.....and I'm huge Liara fan

I would make it a renegade interrupt.
femshep turns around and smashes T'Soni in the face with her weapon and then grabs her by the throat and says
look you piece of sh*t. Your f**king stupid and pathetic government hid this artifact during a galactic invasion while other homeworlds are suffering and only now tell me about it. When we get back to the Citadel I want you off my ship. And if that is a problem for you, then you can stay here and die with your people

At the beginning when the committee asks femshep "We were hoping you would tell us"

femshep would say look you f**king idiots. How the he** do I know what the situation is, You had me under arrest for the last 6 months you dumb a**es. How the crap did you clowns get to be on a committee?

the funny part is that, it more than likly saved them, I mean what if they all massed up and hit earth at once... they are pretty much doing what the Reapers hoped they would do, Mass up and let there fleets get eatin by reapers.

No he spends the entire game trying to unite all races and fleets instead of everyone staying on their own homeworlds and asking for help in building the Crucible.
