If what T'Soni said was meant as a joke, then she shouldn't quit her day job, becsause I found that "joke" uncalled for.

The other thing if the Asari government pulled their tentacles out of their a** and mentioned the artifact sooner more lives might of been saved.

Come on, it's really not much worse than when I was in the hospital and they gave me my shot of percocet for pain, which wasn't doing the job, and I picked up the phone while the nurse was in the room (I was calling home), and she asked who I was calling.

"You said you'd call the doctor. You haven't. So I'm calling home to see if we can get the vet to prescribe anything stronger." Gallows humor. I was in agony.

I don't give a crap what type of humor you call it . There was no reason for her to say that. .

A paragon interrupt to sing along with Tali on Citadel. I can just hear Meer trying to sing now...

After Garrus asks how bad his face looks after recruiting him. "Which side?".

Double team with Javik trolling everyone. Javik and Shepard become bros.

"Shepard out." everytime before Hackett gets the chance.

Perhaps using the DA2 conversation wheel and having a humorous/sarcastic option in most conversations.

*when Shepard meets the Catalyst*

Catalyst: Welcome to my home, I am the Reaper King.
Shepard: WTF is this s**t?
Catalyst: It is my home, this thing you call s**t is the station on which your races govern from.
Shepard: That's not what I meant, why the f**k did a elevator appear in a random ridiculous place raise me up to here and did it only do so when I was about to pass out completely?

Catalyst: I do not have enough time to explain and you would not know how the mechanics work.
Shepard: Why did it take me up here?
Catalyst: To meet me?
Shepard: Why do I need to meet you?
Catalyst: To decide the fate of the galaxy and what the future will bring.
Shepard: How?
Catalyst: By using the Crucible that you built, I'm not sure how it functions or how it even is compatible with me giving this place was never seen before and how builders of it had the knowledge to do is beyond a my understanding.

Catalyst: The Leviathans maybe?
Shepard: No, I talked to them and they have no f**king clue, they were basically idle for over a billion years doing nothing but thinking.

Shepard: Anyway, I am here to stop you and the Reapers.
Shepard: Tell me, is there a self destruct button that will destroy the Reapers?

Catalyst: Sorta, some idiot though I'm not sure who thought it would be a good idea to have some pipes with red stuff in them that destroys me and the Reapers.
And they placed them right over there, perfectly compatible with the Crucible.
However if you use it you will kill all synthetics and badly damage the galaxy and you will probably kill yourself too as you will most likely walk into the explosion.

Shepard: Is that the only option to destroy you and the Reapers?
Catalyst: Yes
Shepard: Seriously, what f**ktards.
Catalyst: There is also Synthesis and Control, but they're not what you set out to do.
Shepard: You try to save the galaxy and build an ancient weapon of mass destruction no one knew how to work but successfully installed functions related to you into it without even knowing about you specifically and appearing fairly competent I must say.
But they can't even install a proper function that destroys the Reapers without f**king the galaxy in the ass in one way or another.

Shepard: It's that f**king simply, you already found out about all the secrets of the Reapers, go the extra yard and built an efficient way of wiping them out.
I mean this technology is completely overpowered, why did they waste their time building this weapon when they could have built a space ship that fires thresher maws and destroy the Reapers for good.

Catalyst: I think it was built over many cycles.
Shepard: Bull, that is even more unlikely, cycles working to together to built a weapon that they don't know how to work and being compatible with something that they could not have possible have known about.

Shepard: This all smells of BS.
Shepard: I'll bite and pick destroy.

On Tuchanka, when Wrex is upset with you for destroying Maelon's data. My renegade Shep destroyed it because it was obtained by unethical means, not because the "Krogan weren't ready for a cure," which is the dialogue ME3 has Shepard us as a defense when speaking to Wrex.

I desperately want different dialogue for that moment.

"I wasn't going to justify the torture and death of countless krogan and human test subjects by saying the potential value was worth the price paid with their blood, Wrex."

Joker:  I'll bet the Asari are wishing they had more commandos and less dancers right now.  Too soon?

Shepard(new dialogue):  Ha!  I'll have to tell Liara that one!  That should cheer her up.

I figure this is what a true renegade Shep would say.

I like this human! He understands!

If not for dialogue but for actions, I'd kill off Liara right after Thessia. I don't need her anymore now.

The dialogue in ME3 ranges from cringeworthy to ok. There are very select parts where it is good, but on the whole it feels rushed.

Is that more to your tastes?

As long as you don't say pointless sentences like your first one and explain a bit more, yes that then is more to my tastes.
I may not agree, but I respect your preferences as long as you can still be constructive and not... antagonizing.

The one with Edi when she upload into the Eva Core body.

Something along : No EDI I dont think this is good idea, Eva Core was highly professional infiltration unit who infiltrated extremely guarded facility. Eva Core is basically upgraded you and this could be all ploy to get Normandy under Cerberus surveillance/control, because as an AI you can easily change the voice and pretend you are Edi and not Eva Core and all the time just send information about us to TIM. So get out of that thing.

So if we had option to sell Legion to Cerberus, I want Edi out of that thing. If she is so eager to have sex with Joker I can get you some normal platform, not Cerberus made platform.

If Edi was Eva Core pretending to be Edi, this could provided such an amazing real betrayal plot, when during Cerberus coup, with Eva infroming TIM shep is coming watch out, and with Edi kept buried some deep in Normandy systems, she could have come back, overcome Eva domination and win against her saving the day. That would give her character real depth. But noo because they just had to take the sexbot route.

I think the first comment was adequate. It explained everything I thought in a few words, it wasn't pointless. It sparked response which is what every thing a comment in a conversation should do. It wasn't deliberatly misleading and i don't see it is antagonising with reference thread title. It is exactly what i thought and exactly what the thread asked to comment on.

On the whole there are too many problems with the dialogue in ME3 for me to specifically list them all, so a short response makes my opinion clear and allows room for me to elaborate if people ask.

It was concise enough for people to contemplate, ignore, perceive and even question.

This conversation now, right here, is pointless.

Asking me to be more specific would have been the quick solution.

During ME3 when Ashley is mentioned as a horrifyingly traumatic death for Shepard. It wasn't for mine. She was a somewhat insubordinate grunt that died in battle that she wasn't all that connected to and actually had a lot of disagreements with. At least that's how my first Shepard interacted with her. She was more saddened by the loss of Jenkins.

So.. yeah. No, my Shepard was not dreaming about Ashley. No, my Shepard had no reason to sound somber when Kaidan mentioned that they survived "Ash's" death together. Just.. the option for this to have gone more toward how the characters interacted would have been great.
