Out of that list I've played The Darkness, Kingdoms of Amalur (demo only), Darksiders and Dante's Inferno.
The Darkness is probably the most unique. It's an FPS with some lite RPG elements. It's not linear though and you get to roam a small town and even take on some side missions. The plot is amazing and you should love the artstyle. The plot is reason enough alone to play the game but if you're looking for a unique gameplay experience then the whole use of darkness should be more than enough to satiate your quest for such. There are also the WW2 levels...
KoA is a rather easy action-RPG. Now I can't comment on the story but gameplay wise it wasn't anything new. You can quickly combine any attack (i.e you can combine ranged attacks with melee) and the open-world is generally what you would expect.
Darksiders is an action-adventure game with puzzles and some lite RPG elements. In this sense it has an old-school feeling to it and is able to mix platforming, action and exploration (in an open world) quite well. Story is somewhat interesting too.
If I were you I would play The Darkness first.
Dante's Inferno is a very short action-adventure game. It gets the poem all wrong but nonetheless provides some enjoyment even if all the enemies become repetitive after a while. For me the best part was fighting the end boss on the hardest difficulty as it was quite challenging but other than that, it's not exactly the best game in its genre and quite disappointing actually especially after I had played Castlevania: Lords of Shadow (a game you *must* play BTW if you haven't already).
