Meh.  She made a speech prior to the battle.  She was not IN the Battle of Denerim.  She's not so stupid as to go planting her ass in the midst of a battlefield after going to all that trouble to hold on to her throne, especially when she knows there's a very real chance that the only existing threat to her rule could very conveniently die and leave her free to claim it.

I'd certainly like to see her again as well. My warden didn't marry her (female city elf...she wasn't interested ), but I made Anora queen, and kept Alistair as a Grey Warden.

I had to buy the PS3 version of the game to get my Warden to marry Anora and keep Alistair alive and in the Wardens. That is my canon DAO game. I gwas mad I could never get that on Xbox version. Thankfully I got the Ultimate Edition for $20 on PS3.

I would like to see Anora return. She was one of my favorite characters in DAO.

Unless I'm reading this wrong. That is 100% incorrect. I just finished Origins I made Anora Queen & Alistair was never exiled and he remained as a Warden. Their are some audio bugs after the landsmeet, They do not effect your choices.

In Short Alistair does not need to be exiled to make Anora Queen.

Exactly. He only refers to him self as King but he is NOT the King. It's just a dialogue mistake. It's annoying and it does mess up the role-playing aspect of the game for a second, but it does not mess up your "choice" for the ending.

She's okay talking, but she sounds like a friggin banshee when she yells. That speech before the final battle...ugh.

Personally I couldn't care less one way or the other. I actually joined Anora on my first play through. I was disappointed with the direction the game took (or didn't take). It was like it didn't seem to really change anything, and at the expense of leaving my LI, just not enough there. I honestly don't know what I was looking for from joining her on the throne. I just thought with her being an option for my Warden, it would have more impact on the game.

I don't think there will be an heir to the throne of Ferelden, no matter what we did in DAO. Queen Warden and Alistair can't reproduce together, Alistair and Anora don't seem to (re)marry if you put either of them on the throne alone, and I have serious doubts about Anora with King Warden or Alistair resulting in babies either. The closest thing that might exist is Alistair's possible Old God Baby, and he has bigger fish to fry.

She wasn't banished, just imprisoned. So probably just under house arrest in Denerim.
