I don't think there will be an heir to the throne of Ferelden, no matter what we did in DAO. Queen Warden and Alistair can't reproduce together, Alistair and Anora don't seem to (re)marry if you put either of them on the throne alone, and I have serious doubts about Anora with King Warden or Alistair resulting in babies either. The closest thing that might exist is Alistair's possible Old God Baby, and he has bigger fish to fry.

If both of those two are gone, there's a good chance there'd still be a "King Cousland" in Fergus. Assuming Highever still has a lot of clout, no matter what playthrough (Fergus always lives.. I'm just not sure if they're always granted Highever again).

I hope that in ten years Anora has found the time to buy a new dress. It really bugged me that IN DAO  and awakeing she wears the same dress.
