So, I have achievement which allows me to level up 51-60, but just before Virmir my Shepard leveled up to lvl 50 and EXP is gone now! 

What seems to be the problem?
Is there any solution? For example, with console ?

I am playing on PC, ofc.

I had the same problem and found out that if you get to level 50 on your first playthrough then it unlocks levels 51 to 60 for your second playthrough, there's no solution except to play the game for a second time
