100% agree, but only on Host or a really good Off-Host connection, a bit of lag can break the Drell Vanguard style but N7 Slayer is the most effected by lag.

I dunno. I've seen some damn good players use the GI + Javelin combo and things are dead before you get there. Though for the majority of cases I'm inclined to agree that the Drellguard is better.

This calls for a duo challenge me thinks Deerber. We have plenty of worthy PC GI's in our midst.
Oh, and I would vote for the Drellguard simply because I, personally, am much better at ramming and spamming than tactical shooting.

I didn't have the chance to play a drell on host (my internet sucks and there is no better one), but even if I think that the drell might be better in clearing mook spawns I don't think it can dish out the same sustained dps as the GI against bosses.
But forgive me if we're talking about reegar, then it doesn't matter.

Well that should be easy enough.
A bad GI is still going to kill stuff, they'll just be worse at it.
A bad Drell is just going to be dead the whole time.

Entirely depends on what the team is doing. If you're a Drelldept and everyone one else a GI, you're not going to have any notable advantage.
If you have at least one decent biotic you can interact with, then the Drelldept is going to out-dps a GI easily.
