This is just something that's been bugging me for a while, but the Lift Grenade power icons used by the Asari Vanguard and Krogan Sentinel on the N7HQ character page are all the same (they should be different).

The Tactical Cloak 6B special evolution used by the Ghost, AIU, Huntress also doesn't use the correct image, but that is probably a different issue.
