This.

Otherwise, when it does happen (because I am doing the Locust challenge), I am relieved.

Feel pretty good if I know there's a player that can handle things if I get insta-killed.

I like not having to wear the tryhard pants all the time.

Four phases: denial, anger, depression, and the fourth one I forgot.

"acceptance" is the fourth step.

I'm happy, but sometimes I think people are offended when they're outscored in a pug, others do send me friend requests.

my better half doesn't really mind. makes me happy when I don't have to carry a match. also a bit of friendly competition is always fun

but my darker half hates it. I love carrying useless scrubs to victory and this fool is making me look bad. BAH HE'S USING THE AIU! HAXOR! BAH THE TGI HARRIER? OH PLEASE GWAD L2PLAY WITH A HIPSTER class. PSH THE LAG SUCKS. PSH POSH I'M USING A HIPSTER class. I'M STILL AWESOME ANYWAY. NEAAARGHHHH! >:L

I've never lost to a dog.

Jokes aside I feel relieved, happy, ashamed and jealous at the same time. In that order.

Happy at first but then my competitive side kicks in and I end up trying even harder than usual to kill stuff, though I've yet to resort to spawn missile nuking.

...I think --> finaly :D, joking
Im glad when it happens ( not that it does too often, but still ), added some ppl to my friends list that way. It also means I don't need to carry 3 ppl and that the match won't last 30+ minutes :)

What I really like to see on scoreboard is 3 or even all 4 ppl close with their scores - like 5-10k difference between us, would gladly be 4th on scoreboard if this happens.

Generally I feel good about it, because its a sign of competence.

But there have been a few times that I felt total confusion. When I was having a great game, felt like I was dominating, only to find out I was being out-scored.... by a sub-optimal kit with a sub-optimal weapon. Those occasional games throw me for a loop, and are humbling.

I cry, blame my character/loadout combination, and work on another draft of my suicide note. I mean, my sense of worth is REALLY tied to score.

Kudos for the progress you're making with your white bar--impressive<3

I don't mind. More competent players means easier creds for all.
