Please fix or atleast tell us it's being looked into. The silence is troubling.

Could you fix it so that the link to return back to topic appears at the bottom of page as well as top? It gets a little annoying having to scroll up for the root topic link.
Keep up the good work, cheers!

And fix the 'remember me' as I often link into the site on a project and when I click on 'Forum' it totally forgets me and I have to relogin from scratch.
I visit the site several times a day!

However, if the admins could add that back in, that would be awesome.
Please also add a search function to the social groups, too. Thanks in advance!

They are not. It's an exploitation of the way DA handles portraits the developers did not foresee.Andronic0s wrote...
Are the registered avatars implemented yet? I have seen some people with what appear to be custom avatars which im guessing are this new ones, however I have both Mass Effect and Dragon age registered and I still see the same old avatars

- When clicking on the BioWare tag to view the developers' posts in a topic there isn't an option to return to the actual topic. For navigational purposes this would be a real boon.
- Would it be possible to add a filter to show only the game promotions that are applicable to your profile, by checking the registered versions of the games, under the "Your registered game promotions" page? E.g. showing only the PC promotions of a game if you only have the PC game registered. Unless that presents other unforeseeable problems that I'm unaware of.

My accounts got all mixed up, I deleted one DA account, then created a new one, now my new account is all messy, it sometimes just removes my game registration and mixes up with my old account. for example, if I go to change my avatar, the portrait of my last account shows up, I select it, ad then my new one shows up,or when I delete my account, Do I delete anything or not????I certenlay don't know because everything stays the same. if I log in on my new account I get stuff from my old one(the one that's supposed to be gone forever), it's the same way the other way around. really I think its so bad EA basicly ruined almost everything that was good about bioware's online stuff.
If you used the same email address its really all the same account. Accounts can never really be deleted, the underlying EA account persists, and when you "create" a new account with the same email it pulls back the old data.
If that's not the case it sounds like a cookie/caching problem. Clear your browser cache, force a log out, log in with the new account and see if there's still anything from the old account hanging around.

I only ask to minimize the screen real estate and amount of scrolling it takes to get from one board to another. At least when I go from the link that I have bookmarked.

It is less convenient. I thought about asking the same (to be able to expand/collapse and have the pref saved in a cookie or as part of the online profile), but held off since it doesn't help some of the other problems created by the implementaion of this consolidated, cost-effective, easy-to-implement (well, easier), and inconvenient to use monolith of a site.
We currently have no way to filter out junk we don't want.. So, for example, I see entries on the Social home page Recent Forum Topics written in a language I can't read, about a game I don't own, on a console I don't use.
I *think* a solution to address both of these types of issues may be to implement a profile preferences UI, such as a page listing all the forum subsections, preferred languages, and a check box toggle to filter content based on those selections.
This raises two concerns immediately in my mind. Whether or not people would find that easy enough to utilize, and whether or not all those filters would crush the infrastructure under an avalanche of database queries. For these reasons, I can't really ask for a specific implementation, I can only ask that the end result be that I can get to the stuff I want to without having to sort through stuff I don't want or need. Which is something that was easily handled when each game had it's own bookmarkable site.

I noticed that the "My Subscriptions" section on my profile doesn't show the actual "updated dates" for the projects. All project updated dates are still showing the created dates instead of the latest date when a file uploaded/description changes within the project pages.
