I'd rather face 5 Dragoons over 5 Guardians any day when running the Krogan Warlord

I've been light meleeing them then shooting them with my shotgun when they are stunned but if I am off host (all the time) and the connection isn't great (all the time) then the damage/accuracy is very inconsistent.

Tips?

That's why they don't let you leave the weapon selection screen without picking one.

I usually use shredder mod if Im not using AP ammo. I always take penetration over damage. That's why the ladies love me.

Put the wraith on, Guardians become a joke pretty fast

graal, line the top curve of the aiming reticle (the 10-2 section if you think of it as a clock face) up with the mail slot. headshot 8/10 times easy. or you know.....take a shotgun with a shredder mod....

You do have your gun, right?

Armour piercing ammo helps. Drill rounds and piercing mods too.

If you haven't got a kit to make them drop their shields, always carry a weapon with piercing capabilities of some sort.

Funny, I'd rather face 5 Guardians than 5 Dragoons at any given time. Thankfully, the max for them is 6 during the non-objective waves on Gold.

I tend to forget to shoot things the first few waves but AP on whatever you take. Wraith for me.

If all else fails, leave them to your teammates and find something else to kill.

On stairs, your light melee combo's downward swing will hit them.
Or, walk up and shoot them, you're a few feet taller than them.
