 So I played trough the game last week and I did every possible sidequests and collected every mineral. However I only got to lvl 50 ,so I want a replay with this character to 60,but I don't wanna do the sideys again. So if I will import this 2nd save (with only the main story) into me2 ,will I see the results of the sidequests from my 1st save? I hope I was clear

No. If you import the second save, only the missions that you complete the second time will be in the import.

hate to say it, but even if you do everything again you'll more than likely not hit 60 in a 2nd play-through either

personally i'd just import your 50 into 2, you'll not really lose much
