Is it possible to return to the ExoGeni facility after finishing the main quest? I didn't retrieve the Discs to complete the Data Recovery sidequest.

No. After you destroy the Thorian, it is impossible to take the elevator back the skyway and go back to the ExoGeni facility. So if you missed getting the discs while you were at the facility, you are out of luck.
It should also be noted that the discs will only appear at the facility if you talk to Gavin Hostle (or however you spell his name) to receive the quest; they do not appear if you do not talk to him.
