My way of dealling with this painful subject is not at all ideal.
So I need to say I apologize for the tone of my previous comments. This was a horrible event, and I'd better leave it at that. Though uncalled for, I just wanted to answer with what my "thoughts" were. My condolences and prayers (though not of a very religious kind) go to those who suffered in the tragic incident... May you find the consolation and strength needed to get passed the dire times.

Terrible, let's just hope this doesn't get politicized and we end up invading another country for ten years.

Bombs went off at a Marathon, 3 people dead around 100+ wounded. No real suspect. Saudi citizen was suspected, but he seems to have been cleared of all charges. News reports that it might be a domestic issue.

I have a friend who is a marathon runner. She had friends in the boston race. Thankfully none of them were hurt.
Theres a possibility some of the injured runners there might not be able to run anymore due to their injuries, not to take away from the tragedy of the ones that actually died in the blast itself.

I think people need to step back and breathe. It's true that many bombings happen every year, and it's true that not many people in America know about the tragedies that happen around the world. It's honestly partially the media's fault. Their main purpose is to scare us. Knowing about multiple bombings in the Mediterranean area will not scare and anger as many citizens as a bombing in America will. Creating a media circus about it serves to magnify people's reaction to it. They do not want people to forget; they do not want peace made of the situation.
Again, my condolences to the people personally effected by this. They have every right to be upset, just as everyone effected by a bombing--no matter where, big or small--does.

My God... Thanks
I'm really sorry if I offended someone by asking, but I didn't know... I'm not that guy who has interests in TV.
But, anyway, I'm really sorry for those people, the trauma they have to endure now... Especially an eight year-old boy? Damn... So, who is the suspect?
Oh, and if it's not offense to all of you, could this be a sign of maybe another 9/11? Hell, remember when some of the WTC floors exploded because of a car with a bomb?

I want to know whose responsible for this and seem them get life in prison, death penalty is too good for them.
Domestic terrorist or foreign terrorist, they will pay.
I agree, except about the prison thing, I don't want my taxpaying money to house these pigs. I'm all for execution or hopefully die in a dynamic entry type raid, much like ole' Osama. However, I fear that this is not done yet. I hate these extremist's, they cause carnage and mayhem and then use the words of God and faith to justifiy it. disgusting pigs. All of them must be killed.
I'm so sorry Boston. Just know that your fellow Americans got your back. Prayers.
Whoa, whoa, whoa. Unprime that musket soldier, your government doesn't even know who or what faction did it. So let's not go jumping to conclusions, it makes you chaps look half arsed. Religious fundamentalists aren't the only ones with a monopoly on terrorist bomb plots you know.
True it is sad, but it is unfortunately not all that uncommon in the world at the moment.

I'd prefer people keep this thread to paying the respects and hoping for the best for those affected by the tragedy in Boston
Evidently requests don't matter.
I will be deleting some posts, but this thread is locked.
