I like killing their shield with an Acolyte. Juggernauts are fun.

Also the less I give a **** about what other people are doing, the more fun I seem to have.

Wow. I explain speed running and it's a scrubby assumption? Oh my. I never know what the kids like or don't like these days.

Nope. It was a scrubby assumption thinking he was talking about speed running.

Given the fact that an average Gold pug is around 20 minutes, I guess I don't know why Stik would be spoiled.

Unless of course your not pugging, speed running, or fortunate enough to find that one golden PUG team.

I rest my case your honor.

Not really. Most pugs are not around 20 mins. I bet you make your pug games around 20 min. Most are 30 min unless they use Overpowered class and know what they are doing.

eh, one player can greatly reduce the avg pug time if they are good, after that its diminishing returns, though.

(not that I know anything about it, but that's what I've been told)

Yeh me too. Too slow to play on a large map .Also annoying when other players start blocking doorways with shields for no logical reason .

I apologize. In my rush to judgment, I overlooked all the other ways to run quick matches without using OP kits/loadouts, game glitches.

I don't see juggernauts often, maybe once in 10 games.

I love Juggernauts on my krogans. They let me go all out without fear of cheap sync kills.

You're not meant to stray away from juggernauts when they're in your team. It's your fault for dying far away from them to rez in time.

More importantly, Juggernauts get a monstrous weapon damage bonus and stability passive. Carry a Javelin and Reegar. You will top scores.

My only annoyance with some Juggernauts is their stupid shield getting in the way.

I have been pugging a lot in the PS3 and in the majority of the gold lobbies I land into, there's always someone rocking a juggernaut with low level uncommons/rares readying up with no equipment or even gear.

I don't mind it though. Yes, they can be annoying and they will likely slow down the match but at least they won't be down most of the time which means they're drawing aggro. When pugging, that's probably the best you could hope for from newer players jumping straight into gold.

I don't mind having one as long as they aren't speced for melee, and use equipment. I've only run into a handful of well played juggs, but most of them manage to stay alive, which is all you can ask for sometimes.

Sadly they didn't remove the ability to run or made enemies spawn everywhere (to remove exploi... uhm clever use of spawn knowledge).

That would much better have suited my playstyle and I'm the most important person in the world and definately the only one who knows what fun is.

The "problem" with Juggs are twofold and none of them related to the class itself:

1. Badly played Juggs. Obvious, and there are many. I saw myself Juggs who never used heavy melee on phantoms and Juggs who heavy melee everything. Many Juggs does not know how to play against collector, try tanking Praetorians and so on. And there are few Juggs who knows how to build the class and how to play it. It is not the problem of the class, problem of the player.

2. Teammates does not know how to utilize the Juggs presence fully (providing the Juggs is well built and played). I was very pissed of recently when a gold reaper pug I played Jugg, went well, never dropped, tanked many thing, killed some, but on the 9th or 10th wave, I don't remember, teammates spread around the map and left me alone, instead of being close and focus fire everything I grab. And I grabbed a lot, as I did before. Eventually I died a lot, but we did the game so not critical, but it should have been much more smooth if the teammates assisted me right. So, this is the other side, that many ppl left the Juggs, goes to the other side to the map to killing things, which may works, maybe not. If it works, fine, but usually it is better to being in the vicinity of the Juggs and when he grabs attention of lot of enemies, then focus on them and kill them.

Jugg is a very good class, it would seem easymode (on bronze/silver it IS easymode) however the easy part is handling the class.  His high HP/shiled and easy handling may make players to think it is invincible. But it is not.
Building it right AND playing it right (according to the difficulty, enemy type, actual circumstances, situation) IS not easymode on gold/plat. This should be understand by many many players, NOT only the ones who play the Jugg but the others as well.

And to the end, if both the Jugg is palyed well and the team works with him well (and doing high dps) then NO, the game is not longer than usual at all.

Ah, yes, the "Too many Juggies" thread. We have dismissed that claim.
