So what I need is someone that can explain to me (or if they want to just do it themselves if it's quicker) how I could extract the relevant data from the MP and insert them as bonus powers for SP.
So, this one goes out to the entire community: As we are NOT going to see any more DLC for ME3, it is up to use to mod the remaining MP exclusives into SP.
As an incentive, think Vanguard with Annihilation Field, Engineer with Tactical Scan, Infiltrator with Shadow Strike, Soldier with Devestator Mode, Sentinel with Stim Packs and Adept with Biotic Sphere just to name a few possibilities.
Community, let's do this!

WV's link above might be related to the solution, but simply porting DLC elements into a "SuperCoalesced" file doesn't appear to work (yet). I tried out Fem Shep's work and while it does want it intends (allows for MP editing), it doesn't seem to grant us access to MP powers that have been cut off. I asked and Fem Shep isn't aware of a solution, but suspects that there might be a way to do it via ME3 Explorer.
Neofelis, when did you speak with Priestly? What did he say, exactly? Since you're on the topic, maybe you could ask him if he can point us in the right direction for this endeavor. I'm not sure if Bioware would want to divulge how to access these powers, but it couldn't hurt to ask. Btw, you may want to amend your topic title to something like: Need YOUR Help - Modding MP Powers into SP. Just so people know more clearly what it's about.

Your best bet is to take a look at the scripting of the power (and properties) in ME3Explorer's PCC Editor 2.0 and DLC Editor to extract the pcc files. Pull one that works as a bonus power from something like leviathan (dominate) and then pull some from the MP DLCs and compare them. I wouldn't mind seeing this myself, but I don't play SP much anymore, gotta play that MP before it's gone... haven't spent this much time on a game... well, ever.
Priestly isn't going to give you any help - they say they prefer that you don't mod SP, but they aren't going to do anything to you if you do. They said they don't support modded games of course.

sorry, but I think you are blaming the wrong thing, the ending was the worst thing to happen to this series, the MEHEM does just enough to make me consider replaying the trilogy.N7Kopper wrote...
Funny how a mod that rips the entire trilogy plot in pieces for the sake of shallow satisfaction (yes I tried to be nice, don't care anymore, sorry) already exists, but simply porting perfectly compatible animations, graphical overlays, and mechanical effects (OK, maybe Shadow Strike would be hard as Shepard can't use a sword) is much less feasible to do.

Because that's what all multiplayer games eventually do?

will not show up ? in Single player only
this might not be the same problem in Mass Effect 3 but in mass effect 2 i get the Text mode thing out and set up
thin launch the game and CtrlxEsc out and and hit the Package name then the Package mod then let the game start .

I mean hell... mashing it up and getting some of the less useful powers in certain classes replaced by multiplayer DLC ones to really give Shepard that top of the line feel he/she should have. I'm all for this.
Have the dev's got any hints to share? what about Priestly? what'd he say about it beyond 'greenlight just no MP modding' if anything? and if nothing, can some futher contact be made to at least point us in the right paths?

Ah, the lovely hostility from other sections is here too, now...
It's got everything to do with powers from MP-DLC from Rebellion onwards not being actually accessible client-side anymore, unlike Resurgence, the very first DLC. Instead, it would appear that BW stores the related files - animations, sounds and so on - themselves.
Resurgence, you can actually port its weapons, and specific powers, to SP. Former merely requires perusing Gibbed Save-edit - found here -, latter requires some more tinkering as shown in this link.
'course, the moment some genius manages to create custom powers that mimick MP-ones, we may get somewhat farther. Or should BW decide that, prior to shutting down MP-servers, ressource-files of those assets are released, who knows.
Would the same apply to some of multiplayer characters' unique
animations? Like the Fury/Slayer's biotic acrobatics, Asari
Adept(s)/Fury's Biotic Blast/Strike heavy melees?
I imagine one could repurpose Kylie Leng's sword-swinging animation, for one. That is present in SP as is, after all.
