I have it set to high graphics and I'm using an ASUS G74S, so it's not that my computer can't handle the graphics.

I move the bar and the eyes stay black. Any ideas?

Disregard. It was all the way to the left labeled "high" but "very high" is all the way to the right. That fixed it.
