I would appreciate if someone could clear up the pack distribution for me, as I've heard many different explanations for them. Someone told me that you're more likely to get weapons that're already leveled (seems to be applicable to me). Another said it's completely random. Still another said it's all based on your N7 Rank (Higher=better).

Also, can someone explain how I've (I think) unlocked full customization options for the Volus (Voli? Voluses?) and the Collector, but still haven't unlocked the Wraith?

the store is random, don't matter what your N-7 rank is, and its not base on what gun you already have.
RGN is just being RGN.

Yes, its all randomized.

Until you sacrifice enough goats to the RNG gods, you will get your URs when they decide you deserve them

Hey mate, then store is completely random. If you have unlocked all rares then you can spam PSPs to increase your odds of getting the black guns.

Some suggest removing all dlcs and then spamming PSPs would unlock only the base weapons like wraith and talon. You may want to save upto 5 million credits and try this approach.

To get a URs, you need to visit your proctologist and ask for a digital exam. He/she will give you an Up youR **s. Go for regular appointments for more URs.

It's random. Still, no harm in shaking up your purchases by alternating between SPs, PSPs, APs etc.

You just need luck. The other day I got two UR in a cryo ammo pack (somehow it's wrongly labeled as "arsenal pack" in my store, guess that's a bug).

Anyway, just keep trying.

Random is random. I mean if judge it only by my manifest, the wraith is actually easier to level up than the pirahna. Not trying to rub salt in the wound, just pointing out the relationship with mistress RNG is different intimate and personal for all of us. Still no warfighter package for me for example.
