I've had matches (yeah off-host) where I was trying to use the ops pack and it took 4-5 sec of straight up mashing and doing nothing else to even register the pack. I wish that was an exaggeration, but sometimes it isn't. Its like the priority for the Ops is all messed up in the game code.

This happens to Biotic charge as well. I'm mashing the button desperately but nothing happens. This happens even on host and even when there are no obstacles between me and the target at all.

I think if an enemy stuns you at a certain point since the last charge animation BC can bug out like that. Stuns really mess up w/ the responsiveness beyond the stun duration itself, it seems. Its very noticeable when using the Collector vs. geth and getting dark sphere constantly messed up or refusing to detonate, for instance.

And yet Bioware keeps expanding (or well it did when they made balance changes etc) their number, making us even more addicted...
