 Firstly, I appologize if this is in the wrong place. And, I've used the search function but am still utterly confused. 

I got ME 1 & 2 from Playstation Network and 2 came with the Cerberus DLC for free. Unexpected, but thanks... Now, I've looked and looked but can't find the Shadow Broker DLC anywhere.

Searching for it, all I've found is that it's supposedly free and on the physical PS3 disc for the game and that it's apparently unavailable in central and eastern Europe.

So my question is simply - can I somehow get this DLC, do I already have it (although the download said nothing about it when I got ME2) or would I have to actually purchase the game again on disc if I want to play it..? I haven't gotten to the Horizon mission yet as I'm quite new to this trilogy.

You should have it as part of the game.iirc the opportunity to do that dlc presents itself on illium where you meet up with Liara again.But Shepard should get a message from cerberus command about some intelligence that will help your former squad mate Liara. So best to check your messages as you should have that message already there, which will confirm you have LoTSB.
