Okay. What is this mod actually doing?
Mod improves the graphics by replacing the original textures to the new.
New textures have higher resolution(4x bigger) and better quality.
As a result was edited over 1500 textures. I think it's pretty much
Most of the textures were completely redrawnThe MOD contains :-Textures of all characters-all weapons-buildings.-vehicles.
At this moment I have integrated over 70% of textures.
The mod will be available шт may.

I have a hard time understanding - is this a repackage of the tpf files that are available? Or is this a .mod compilation (something I was planning to do in the near future once certain key textures are done)?

But i have bad news, only singleplayer will be without texmod.
Because of multiplayer DLCs. If i edit them, EA servers telling me that I need to buy this DLC.
So... multiplayer DLCs only in texmod.

Is this a replacement to saltisgood's High Res Project or an option ? Will there be an easy installation like the one saltisgood made ?

EDIT : Will the alternative squad member armors be added ? Like the alternative, the from ash armor, the deluxe version armor and the alternative pack 1 armor ?

Yep. All what you will need to do: download, and install in game folder.(I'm talking about singleplayer).

Of course. all singleplayer DLC included. Soon you can forget about using Texmod in singleplayer.
I would do multiplayer without texmod if origin has not verified the DLC.

Wow, if this ends up working well, you have no idea how much time you'll be saving for me and for everyone else! One question though, can you give a rough estimate of when you think it will be released? I'm going to put my ME3 playthrough on hold until this is released.

@NatP: Screw time, I've got plenty, that'll save me lots of cash on electicity bill! Texmod increases GPU/CPU load by a giant margin due to very sub-optimal way of injecting textures into the game. Also my fans can be real loud if I load too many mods as well

The thing is, I already have a lot of the textures modded in my game, and the ones I really want and need are the DLC multiplayer characters texture mods. And also my internet isn't that good, so it'd be awesome if I could download less. Anyway, thanks regardless for all your hard work!

Of course. You  can download only one dlc if you wish.
