Description: Salarians have been secretly breeding thousands of Yahgs in preparation for a second Krogan Rebellion. These Yahg have been trained to fearlessly tear apart Krogan units and devastate enemy vehicles.
Many salarians feel that the use of Yahgs in combat is unethical, as most of these Yahgs were stolen from their parents and put through immense torture both physically and psychologically to become Blood Wraiths. Some of these soldiers have actually turned on the Salarian captors. Sur' Kesh has had over 20 incidents involving rampaging biotic Yahgs. The casualties are in the hundreds.
The Blood Wraiths are now being used as weapons against Reaper footsoldiers. Though many question the
morality, few can question their results.

Sync Kills?: Immune
Agility: Very low. No combat rolls, side steps. Unable to take cover.
Speed: Incredibly Fast. Simply holding the sprint button and running into enemies can cause foes to take damage.

Light Melee: Light biotic punch. No barriers expended. Small damage output. Blue biotic effects.
Heavy Melee: Energy Punch. Expend some of your barriers for a heavy attack. This is a biotic punch that has red biotic effects instead of blue biotic effects. Can also set foes on fire, setting up fire explosions.

Pulse Charge: Expend 100% of your barriers as you charge into a foe. The charge causes a large ripple shockwave that can stagger any protected foe and instantly kill any foe with no protections.
This ability can detonate any combo.
You can only charge when your barrier is at 70% strength or more. Pulse Charge incurs no cooldowns.

Rank 5a: Electrical Burst: Deal additional damage to shields/barriers. Setup tech bursts.
Rank 5b: Inferno Burst: Deal additional damage to armor. Setup fire explosions.
Rank 6a: Safety Charge: Expend only 50% of your remaining barrier when you charge.
Rank 6b: Power Charge: Pulse Charge can setup biotic explosions.
The charge also deals more damage to barriers/shields and armor.

Shield Rain
Slowly drain your barriers, continuously restoring the barrier/shields of allies within 2 metre radius of Yahg. Any foe that is within 2 metre radius of Yahg will take damage from the Shield Rain.
This ability is sustained as long as the Yahg has barrier to drain. Once the barrier is depleted Shield Rain effect is switched off. The ability can also be manually toggled on and off without incuring cooldowns.

Rank 3: Enemy damage
Rank 4a: Ally shield/barrier restoration

Rank 6a: Walking medic. Increase the rate at which your barriers drain in order to restore ally health.
Rank 6b: Power vulnerability. Enemies within 2 metres of Yahg will be primed for tech bursts and biotic explosions. Any powers unleahsed on foes within 2 metres of the Yahg will deal 20% more damage.

Explosive Ammo: Your guns and melee will deliver 20% more damage.
Whilst explosive ammo mode is active, instead of gunshots expending ammo, they will expend the Yahg's barrier instead. Please note, that the greater the weapon's DPS, the faster your barrier is depleted whilst shooting.
Explosive Ammo mode can be toggled on and off without incuring any cooldowns.
Rank 1: Unlock
Rank 2: Chance to explode. This increases the odds that a munition fired from your gun will deliver an explosion.
Rank 3: Explosion damage. If a munition causes an explosion, that explosion will deal some damage too. This evolution increases the damage of such explosions.

Rank 4b: Pulse Charge damage bonus.
Rank 5a: Weapon Damage bonus and Explosive Ammo damage bonus. This increases the damage of explosions delivered by explosive ammo. Also boosts weapon damage.
Rank 5b: Melee Damage bonus. If a melee attack kills a foe there is a 25% chance that barriers could be fully restored. This evolution also boosts the damage of melee attacks.
Rank 6a: Faster Movement: The Yahg can move and attack 20% faster. This also boosts rate of fire.
Rank 6b: Slower Movement. The Yahg moves 20% slower but gains 20% to health and shields. This does not affect rate of fire.

Blood Strength: (Passive) Make a choice between high weapon, melee and power damage, or plenty of barrier hit points. The more hit points you the more energy you have to deliver devastating attacks. However attacks will not reach the Yahg's full devastating potential if points have been placed into barriers.

Rank 1: Barrier strength and barrier restoration. More barrier. Faster rate of barrier restoration.
Rank 2: Damage output (this governs the damage output of all of the Yahg's attacks including melee, guns and powers)

This is my ultimate heavy risk high reward vanguard.
There is no handy ability to restore your barriers. You're just going to have to wait for those barriers to restore naturally.

Description:
Shard Engineers were first used during the Rachni Wars to deal with Krogan warriors. What the Rachni found was their their weapons were not even scratching the Krogan's hard armoured bodies, neither were they affecting the kinectic barriers that Krogans used. So the Rachni solution was to develop projectiles that could deal damage to armor and shields equally.
The Rachni Engineers are best known for launching clusters of electrical shards to deciminate large groups of enemies. Their powers affect shields/barriers, armor and health equally as well penetrating light cover.

Shard Explosions:
A shard explosion is the unique combo that only a Rachni Shard Engineer can pull off.
To setup a combo the Shard Engineer must either follow up Shard Grenade with Crystal Shards or vice versa.
There are also passive bonuses that can enable the entire squad to setup Shard Explosions by shooting at foes.
Please note that shard combos do not interfere with any other combos.
The annimation for a shard explosion involves a gold explosion bright lightning yellow shrapnel flying across a large area. The damage is not particularly huge, but is even across all protection types and has a short damage over time effect that follows.

Chuck a grenade that covers an area (2 metre radius) with shards that stick to the ground for 20 seconds. Any foe who steps on these shards will take damage and be primed for a shard explosion.

Rank 4a: Crystal Shard Synergy. Buffs the damage and radius of Shard combos. As shard combos normally deliver little damage picking this evolution is useful. This evolution puts the combos on par with biotic explosions.
Rank 4b: Headshot Vulnerability. Shard grenades can now stun any foe without exception for 2 seconds. During the time period when a foe is stunned, squadmates can benefit from a 50% headshot damage bonus on affected foes.
Rank 5a: Invisble trap. When you normally chuck shard grenades, the affected area is very visible to foes. Enemies on higher difficulties will deliberately avoid the affected area. However, invisible trap makes it less obvious. Only engineer and infiltrator enemy types will see the affected area. All other foes will walk right into it.

Rank 6a: Squad Amplifier Bonus: Any foes affected by amplifier ability will take 50% extra damage from weapons.
Rank 6b: Squad Shard Ammo: The entire squad can setup shard explosions that can be detonated using Crystal Shards of Shard Grenades. If you pick this power and Shard Synergy, you gain an additional 10% damage bonus to shard explosions.
Squad Shard Ammo will not interfere with active ammo mods.
So if an ally has incendiary ammo, they will still have incendiary ammo, but they will also have shard properties added to their ammo too.
Also Shard Combos will not interfere with their incendiary combos.

Description
Inspired by capn 233's Chargless Novaguard.
These powerful fighters use a combination of tech and biotic powers for both damage and crowd control. These soldiers are equipped with powerful grenades, a Nova Biotic field and energy drain. It is also important to note that they are naturally skilled in landing headshots and performing backstabs whilst their (volus style) tactical cloak is active.
Their armor is light and flexible.

Subtefuge (Passive): Raloi Interceptors often use stealth tactics in combat.
Like the Volus they have tactical cloak as their light melee.
For heavy melee they literally thrust an omniblade into the backs of foes. But for the Raloi to pull off this attack, they must be behind the foe.
There are a few differences between Raloi Interceptor's tactical cloak and volus tactical cloak.
They are both similiar in the fact that they have separate cooldowns from regular powers.
However when Raloi are using their tactical cloak use of powers, weapons and melee will break them out of cloak. Also shields do not regenerate for Raloi whilst cloaked.
Rank 1: Headshot Damage Bonus (when tactical cloak is active)
Rank 2: Backstab Damage Bonus (when tactical cloak is active)
Rank 3: Tactical Cloak Cooldown (reduced from 10 seconds to 8 seconds)
Rank 4a: Headshot Damage Bonus (when tactical cloak is active)
Rank 4b: Backstab Damage Bonus (when tactical cloak is active)
Rank 5a: Cloak Duration (increased from 6 seconds to 8 seconds)

I was inspired by capn 233. He came up with a whole new approach to the Mass Effect 3 Vanguard.
What I like about his playstyle is that it involved a lot more tactical thought.
One wrong move and you're dead. No Charge Nova Guard is one epic thread.

The original was Shadow Broker fond of buying out the best or most insane mercenaries. But even he had to pause before even considering hiring out the Conduits, known for their reputation for getting the job done with as much collateral damage as inhumanely possible. Now under Liara, the Conduit's are more than pleased with shocking the reapers with their arsenal of electrical implements.
Light melee: Slash target with electrical omni-blade
Heavy Melee: electrical pulse which stuns and damage enemies
note: Character can self detonate combos if targets are "shocked" for a constant 450
Also has a hidden passive when working with other shadow broker agents, can see what they see.

Works like cain trip mine but shocks, damages enemies and deals damage overtime applies shocked effect and detonates any existing stacks(3 out at any time)

I'm going to put my Raloi Infiltrator on hold.
Must do the Elcor Vanguard first.
As for the Salarian Adept and Vanguard comment. Perhaps the Salarians make an exception since they're at war with the Reapers and could use every asset they have.
