Human Asha'man (vanguard):

character description: The Asha'man (Old Tongue: Guardian) are the male counterpart to current Aes Sedai. They are trained at the Black Tower, a converted farmhouse near Caemlyn. Though they were originally formed by Rand al'Thor, the Asha'man are trained and led by Mazrim Taim.

power 1: gateway strike - open a gateway from yourself to an enemy to unleash a vicious sword attack. Receives damage bonus from sword upgrades. Considered a melee attack.


rank 1: unlock - recharge speed: 10 sec - damage: 500 - barriers restored: 25%
rank 2: increase recharge speed by 25%
rank 3: increase damage by 20%
rank 4a: increase damage by 30%
rank 4b: increase barriers restored by 25%
rank 5a: increase recharge speed by 35%
rank 5b: hit up to 2 additional targets within 2 meters of the impact point
rank 6a: increase barriers restored by 50%
rank 6b: Link - for each character that uses the One Power in the same game,
recieve 50% recharge speed bonus and 50% damage bonus

note: activates similar to shadow strike

power 2: Arrows of Fire - create small filaments of superheated material to fly from your fingertips.


rank 1: unlock - recharge speed: 12 seconds - damage per second: 25 - duration: 5 seconds - arrows fired: 6
rank 2: increase recharge speed by 25%
rank 3: increase damage by 20%
rank 4a: increase damage by 30%
rank 4b: increase recharge speed by 30%
rank 5a: increase damage by 40%
rank 5b: increase arrows fired by 66%
rank 6a: increase damage to armor by 50%
rank 6b: Link - for each character that uses the One Power in the same game,
recieve 40% recharge speed bonus, 40% duration bonus and 30% damage bonus

note: activates similar to talon's omni-bow

power 3: grinder - use the One Power to set up a deadly zone that grinds and shreds any enemy who try to pass through it. activating it twice removes the first grinder.

rank 1: unlock - recharge speed: 18 seconds - radius: 3 meters - damage per second (in grinder): 500 - duration: 45 seconds
rank 2: increase recharge speed by 25%
rank 3: increase damage by 20%
rank 4a: increase damage by 30%
rank 4b: increase radius by 30%
rank 5a: targets caught in the field take 15% additional damage from all sources for 6 seconds
rank 5b: targets caught in the field are slowed by 50% for 6 seconds
rank 6a: increase radius by 75%
rank 6b: Link - for each character that uses the One Power in the same game,
recieve 40% recharge speed bonus, 30% duration bonus and 20% damage bonus

note: activates right in front of Asha'man. You can't activate it from a distance.

power 4: asha'man training (same as alliance training)

power 5: sword mastery

light & heavy melee: like N7 shadow's
dodge: combat roll

Just thought of a new character. She doesn't have any new powers, but does have an interesting mix of already existing ones (sorry if it's been done before)

Asari assassin (infiltrator)

character description: Some asari commandos who go rogue for varius reasons look for shady jobs with their specific skillset. Most of them become deadly assassins working for different mercenary groups or people.

   -   barrier 500/500
   -   heavy biotic blast
   -   biotic dash

power 1: tactical cloak (sniper damage bonus)

power 2: adrenaline rush

power 3: marksman

power 4: asari assassin (like other asari's passive power)

power 5: fitness

melee and dodge like all asari

Feriwan. I made the changes. I also took into account your new "link" evolutions as well as correcting the name of Aiel Wise One Adept in the hyperlink.

The Wheel of Time book series is one I haven't started reading. I heard it's pretty good, if not a little long.
Your descriptions are more than sufficient. No need to worry.:wizard:

Review: Another well thought out kit from The Wheel of Time Universe. This kit hits me with an exciting flavour of Wheel of Time combat, combining magic with sword and archery to create a versatile master of destruction.

Charge at enemies with your sword,
Set enemies on fire with your special arrows and
Tear enemies to pieces with a powerful area of effect grinder which acts as a nice little trap.

This is a clever kit with many options in combat.

Review:
 Nice use of existing powers to create a soldier/infiltrator that can switch between sniping and commando. In addition this kit provides some useful options for both tanky style players and melee style players.
I like it a lot.

Abilities are not unlocked at rank 1, instead they're unlocked at rank 6 of every power.
At rank 6 you choose between two completly different abilities.

Rachni Stealth Bombers are all about mass destruction, distraction and flanking.
During the Rachni wars these soldiers took out hoards of Krogan with their targeting lasers (a technology that was later perfected by the Quarians to take down a Reaper). Their signature ability sends a drone to blast a large area of the battle field with a small unmanned bomber drone.

Rachni Stealth Bombers are also at their most vulnerable when using the targeting laser since it involves staying out of cover for a long time, which is why they have a tactical cloak.

Of all of the foot soldiers on the battlefield during the war against the Reapers, Rachni Stealth Bombers had the highest kill count. Rivaling even tanks such as Hammerheads and Makos. But in order to be effective, Rachni Stealth bombers require their hoards of workers drones to distract foes whilst they lay waste to the battlefield.

Targeting Laser: This is the most damaging ability around.

Almost identitical game mechanics to the targeting laser from the Rannoch Reaper mission in Mass Effect 3.
Your laser takes 10 seconds to target the foe. You can stop in the middle of the targeting and go back to targeting but this will reset your 10 second targeting time.

Cover an area of 5 metre radius with a large explosion. This explosion instantly kills any foe who doesn't have armor. Shields/barriers are guaranteed to be disabled, and the explosion.

Please note that you cannot move about whilst you're targeting...

Rank 1: Unlock
Rank 2: Damage + 5%
Rank 3: Damage + 5%

Rank 4a: Damage + 5%
Rank 4b: Radius increased from 5 metres to 6 metres.

Rank 5a: Sledgehammer. This evolution enables your explosion to send armored targets flying into the air. All non armored targets are incinerated anyway.
Rank 5b: Mass Effect: If any foes within the blast radius are primed for biotic/incendiary/cryo/tech combos, the drone will detonate all combos within the area of effect.

Rank 6a: Rapid Targeting. 5 second targeting time. Also halves area of effect and damage. Half the damage will still be a lot since regular targeting is already overkill for any foes without armor.

Rank 6b: Slow Targeting. 15 second targeting time. This increases damage and area of effect by 50%. The increased damage will only affect armored targets, since all non armored targets are killed by regular blast.

Spawn Workers:

This allows you to spawn 20 workers. These workers are good at targeting single enemies and setting foes on fire. Once a worker is killed, they explode dealing moderate damage. When all 20 workers are killed a 20 second cooldown takes place. This is a separate cooldown to tactical cloak.

Rank 6a: 10 more workers. 30 workers. 30 second cooldown once all workers have been killed.
Rank 6b: 10 less workers.  10 workers. 10 second cooldown once all workers have been killed.

 First of all: thoughts on the stealth bomber.
Well, you don't see rachni combat in ME3, only ravagers. But even that isn't necesarily something to set yourself by, because I don't think humans go around clawing everything they can. But moving on!
It does seem like a way the rachni could fight, but of course we might never know (it still good though).
The targeting laser thing is a whole different play style than normal, but it does seem awesomely devastating. It focusses on offense, but lacks mobility (while defense is just mediocre).
pretty much an awesome new idea! (sorry that I didn't give it a build, I can just never decide. It's hard enough as it is with vanilla ME3 MP...)

And in other news: I should still be copying files, and doing more work ("work" cough cough) but I had a new game and a game I never finished ready to play once my new PC was set up to be able to play. Now all I'm doing is procrstinating, playing Prototype 2 (now already finished) and playing Skyrim. But to honor those games, and just because why the hell not, I'll make non-ME kits of the main characters + an extra non-ME kit.
Like, right now. No playing Skyrim first.
Let's do this!

 The perfect combat/infiltration unit, this human seeming robot is very resilient and is perfect for taking out organics.

power 1: targeting systems - targets nearby enemies untill they die. targets are slowed and take more damage from synthetics. see targets through walls.

rank 1: unlock - recharge speed: 5 seconds - movement speed penalty: 10% - damage taken (from synthetics) bonus: 20% - targets: 3

I had the Zeus done a while ago and completely written up, but apparently it had logged me out so when I clicked post it deleted everything. So I gave up due to frustration. Hence why I haven't been posting here.

But I'm thinking maybe I'll go with a different set and re-visit this one, or maybe just some random characters. You know me, expect insanity and epicness whatever it is.

 Hurlock Darkspawn Soldier

An incredibly violent and dangerous species, the Darkspawn are, for the most part, of animal intelligence. Only certain individuals posses any form of Sapience, and even then it is far less than that of other species. However, they do share a Hive-Mind, and are led by an entity known as the Arch-Demon. They never go into battle alone, always using overwhelming force to overrun any enemies that try to stand against them.

As frontline soldiers, the Hurlock subspecies is remarkable dangerous. Capable of shrugging off damage that would leave a krogan collapsed from pain, Darkspawn are capable of fighting on regardless of danger to themselves, and are adept in multiple venues of combat, all of which are capable of blowing through enemy ranks with ease.


Power 1: Devour: The natural Bloodlust of the Darkspawn allow them to continue fighting so long as they continue killing, granting health for each enemy they kill while this skill is active. (Toggled like bloodlust, but it grants straight up health-on-kill rather than health regen)
Rank 1: Unlock
Rank 2: Increase health restored on kill by 15%
Rank 3: increase recharge rate by 65%
Rank 4a: Increase health restored on kill by 25%
Rank 4b: when you kill an enemy, increase damage by 35% for 15 seconds
Rank 5a: Increase health restored on kill by 20%
Rank 5b: When you kill an enemy, stagger all enemies within 5 Meters of the enemy you killed
Rank 6a: Increase Health restored on kill by 30%
Rank 6b: When you kill an enemy, your allies will be healed for 25% of the health you healed.

Power 2: Concuss: Unleash a powerful burst of energy, applying a massive amount of kinetic energy to any enemy within range. (The force radiates outward from the one using the skill, knocking away and staggering enemies. This can kill lesser enemies with fall damage, or just incapacitate them to easily finish them off)
Rank 1: Unlock
Rank 2: Increase force by 25%
Rank 3: Increase recharge speed by 35%
Rank 4a: Increase force by 35%
Rank 4b: Add a chilling effect, weakening armor and priming enemies for a cryo-burst
Rank 5a: Increase force by 45%
Rank 5b: Increase radius by 50%
Rank 6a: Increase force by 75%
Rank 6b: Enemies staggered and launched by this skill take an additional 75% damage from all sources for 15 seconds

Power 3: Obliderate: Launch a powerful strike, dealing MASSIVE damage anything you hit. (It appears similar to shadow strike, but you don't teleport. If anything is hit by it, their current layer of defense will be depleted, either reducing them to health or armor, or killing them outright. It's hitbox is the space the sword passes through on the downswing, for the period it actually swings and a few seconds after that, so it has a very slim chance to hit things, but for the duration of the animation, enemies will be unable to interact with you. It also decapitates anything it kills.)

Rank 2: Increase recharge speed by 25%
Rank 3: Increase strike duration by 15% (Time AFTER the swing that it can hit enemies.)
Rank 4a: Increase the radius by 65% (Bringing the hitbox up to about the width of the Darkspawn itself)
Rank 4b: Increase strike duration by 15%
Rank 5a: Increase grace period by 5% (Grace period referring to the time you spend with enemies incapable of affecting you. Meaning you can't even be killed by a possessed abomination going off in your face)
Rank 5b: Increase strike duration by 10%
Rank 6a: Increase Radius by 35% and grace period by 5%
Rank 6b: Increase strike duration by 25%

Is this a new page? Hopefully. I guess I'm sort of ready to bring my 6 new non-ME characters. Most stuff is ready and done, but I might need some time for formatting. Let's go!

EDIT: Don't hate me, but I want my characters all on one page, so I'll be posting stuff until I get there.
