Elizabeth (Bioshock infinite) (Adept)

Health: 500
Shields: 400
Description: A young woman with the unique ability to manipulate Tears, doors into alternate universes. Elizabeth is an intelligent, quick witted, and resourceful person who also wields immense power. Her power to open doors into alternate universes allow her to do everything from summon allies, turrets, machines, transporting cover, obstacles, and even teammates or enemies. With this ability, Elizabeth may not be the physically strongest, but she is near one of the most powerful forces in the world_________________________________________________________________________________________
Special characteristics:
Dodge: Replaced with short range tear teleport- Elizabeth opens up a small, momentary tear that teleports her a short distance (like the fury/slayer dodge)
Tears: Tears are Elizabeth's power. They are doors into an alternate reality, timeline, or location that she can open at will. Tears have a long cooldown, but have an unlimited duration. To prevent spamming one tear (they are also very powerful) and to allow you full control over them. Pressing the power button while the same exact tear is active will close the tear/whatever it created, and give you half the cooldown of the tear. Only one tear can be on the field at a time.

Powers:
Summon Tear: Open up a tear that summons units from an alternate universe. With the original one being form a universe where you are on the Reaper's side and allows you to bring forth some unlikely allies.Mechanics: This tear will bring forth 2 (orginally) trooper units from the enemy force your facing to fight for you. So if your fighting Cerberus, you get two cerberus troopers, geth is geth troopers, etc. These allies have the same exact stats as the enemy you are facing, including difficulty modifiers. If summoned on platinum the units will be from the original enemy faced.
Rank 1: trooper rank units summoned 2, recharge speed 24 seconds (I'd like to stress the mechanics of the game allow this to be down to a reasonable amount. Dark sphere's base cooldown is 24 seconds. With +200% recharge speed it goes all the way down to 8 seconds, and with these being so powerful a high recharge speed is needed)
Rank 2: all units you summon take 5% less damage
Rank 3: decrease recharge speed by 2 seconds
Rank 4: A. summon 3 more trooper-rank units
B. Summon one unit or squad of elite rank units (brutes for reapers, 2 pyros for geth, scion for collectors, 2 dragoons for Cerberus)
Rank 5: A. Instead of trooper rank units you now summon commander rank units (centurions for Cerberus, Collector commanders for Collectors, Rocket troopers for Geth, Marauders for Reapers. Applies to the bonus 3 troopers if you took 4A)
B. Summon a single
Big Daddy to aid you from the Alternate universe of Rapture. With a powerful drill and high health.
Rank 6: A. Alternate Tear: Songbird- Create an alternate tear that summons the mighty
Songbird to aid you as an alternate tear. Holding down the power button will create a different tear that has a set cooldown of 20 seconds (cannot be changed) and will summon the mighty beast to aid you. Songbird is commanded by Elizabeth targeting something and using the heavy melee button, and will instead shout at songbird to attack it. Because songbird is such and immense creature brought in by a tear, it can only be told to target 8 different things before it fades back into it's own reality. But it has immensely powerful strength and will not give up until it's target is completely dead, which shouldn't take too long. The number of times you can call Songbird down is indicated by a number in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
B. Alternate tear: Big sister twins- Create an alternate tear that summons two
Big sisters To come and aid you. They have 4000 health each (to be able to withstand the punishment put out in platinum), can throw fireballs and objects at enemies from afar, drain the health from enemies to replenish their own, and are very quick and agile. This alternate tear is activated by holding down the power button and has a set cooldown of 15 seconds (big sisters last indefinitely like other tears, unlike songbird)

Transport Tear: Open up doors to other worlds to transport useful objects into this world, harmful ones out, and allies to and fro.Mechanics: this is a tear that lets you cycle through different uses. Starting out with just one, and building thorugh other evo's. Pressing the power will not activate it, but it will cycle through the different tears you can use (listed in text at the top of the screen) and let you target where they will be used (shown by a grayed out version of it only seen by you until actually summoned) . Holding the power button will actually activate the tear.
Rank 1: Cooldown 18 seconds, able to summon two small barricades (think those generic black metal barricades you duck behind that seem to be everywhere) as cover
Rank 2: add a giant genetically altered seeker swarm to your list of summonables (same as the swarm on Glacier, except it will actively seek out enemies, but cannot hurt you.) This swarm will not leave out of 8M of the tear location
Rank 3: Add a large wall to block off sections of the map to the list of summonables
Rank 4: A. Add a barrel of health kits that will fully restore the health of allies and some shields that come near them to the list of summonables
B. Add an ammo crate (behaves just like a normal one that gives one grenade) to the list of summonables
Rank 5: A. Add an oil slick that will light on fire and damage any enemies when lit on fire by a incendiary power (incinerate, incendiary ammo, Carnage) to your list of summonables. enemies in the oil slick when it is ignited will take damage double the amount of the power's base damage while enemies walking on it afterwards will take 10 damage per second
B. Add a decoy of yourself to the list of summonables
Rank 6: A. Alternate tear: Dimension travel- open up an alternate tear that transports you to any place, far and wide. Holding down the tear button will start a long animation in which Elizabeth rips open the fabric of space and transports everyone in the team to the starting position. On a different map. Has a set cooldown of 15 seconds. Selected like a normal summonable before being held to use.
B. Alternate Tear: Jump- Holding down the power button will open up a doorway to wherever you are aiming, allowing you to traverse across the map instantly by stepping into it (think of how you can step back and forth between portals in portal 2). Has a set cooldown of 10 seconds. Selected like a normal summonable before being held to use.

Catastrophe tear: Bring forth a tear from an alternate universe filled with deadly objects or situations, allowing you to devastate enemies
Mechanics: works like transport tear in that it has a list of summonables you can bring forth, the only difference is that some of the things brought forth in this tear are too big for Elizabeth to handle, and therefore DO have something akin to a duration. But only a few
Rank 1: cooldown 26 seconds, can summon a fire pit that does 50 damage a second over 4M
Rank 2: add a tesla coil pylon that shocks an enemy near it for 450 damage every 3 seconds to the list of summonables
Rank 3: add a smokescreen that severely reduces enemy accuracy across 3M to the list of summonables
Rank 4: A. add a cerberus turret to the list of summonables
B. add a field where a lightning storm is happening to the list of summonables. It will target one random enemy to strike with lightning for 1500 damage every 5 seconds
Rank 5: A. add a tear with a black hole to the list of summonables. enemies without shields/armor will be caught up in the air like in singularity, but all enemies within a 3M radius of it will take 200 damage per second
B. add a rocket firing turret to the list of summonables, deals 800 damage in a 2M radius per rocket
Rank 6: A. Alternate tear: Tornado- open a tear into an alternate universe where a tornado is spiraling out of control, this massive force of nature is an extreme danger if kept in your world for more than a few seconds. So it only has a duration of a mere 5 seconds, but while in our world it deals 1500 damage per second to everything within a 7M radius. has a set cooldown of 18 seconds. Selected like a normal summonable before being held to use.
B. Alternate tear: Rapture- open an alternate tear where you transport everything in the map to the underwater cit of rapture, with you and allies lying safely in bubbles staying in your universe, this disables your enemies from doing ANYTHING as they float helplessly in the water, and take 500 damage per second. This tear can only last a mere 5 seconds due to the large amount of energy required to make it stable. But while it is active you are free to shoot enemies without any fear of return fire as they are also damage. Set cooldown of 18 seconds. Selected like a normal summonable before being held to use.
