Anyone taken a look at the Quarian Engineer 2.0?

Here, I'll give it a build and review:

build:

tactical armor: rank 6 - shields & damage reduction, power damage, shields & damage reduction
pyro blast:
skip
cluster arc grenade:
rank 6 - damage, electrical effect, number of grenades
quarian defender:
rank 6 - weapon damage, power damage, weapon damage
fitness:
rank 6 - health and shields (3x)

review:
First off, I want to say that was a pretty cool picture. I found the person's deviantart here, they have some cool other ME-related things.
That being said, AnimaMachinae did a really good job of transferring that awesomeness into a kit. Like I said before, I always go for health and shields (cause I'm always so scared of dying :P) But I could also see a melee build for this character. Or you could go for pyro blast and cluster arc grenade, making a pretty good combe vs shields, barriers and armor. The tactical armor fits in pretty nicely, a little like tech armor but better. Here I'm using a more gun-focussed build: I turn on tactical armor and can load as many guns as I want, there's no real recharge. But you could also go for a power based build, and even skip fitness (but I would never dare that... at least, not on gold or plat).

All in all, it's a strong kit that I would like to try with different builds.

Alright, I'm going to attempt multiple builds really quick. Not too many, probably 2 or three, and then give my own personal build for Elizabeth.

To start off, the Quarian engineer 2.0
1. movement speed penalty removal
2. power damage boost
3.damage reduction/shield buff

Tactical armor- 6 points
1. movement speed penalty removal
2. power damage boost
3.damage reduction/shield buff

Pyro blast- 6 points
1. damage
2. exposure/duration
3. cone of flame

Cluster arc grenades- 4 points
1. damage increase

power passive- 4 points
 -power passive

Fitness passive- 6 points
-3X shield/health bonuses

Reveiw: I like this bulky mech combined with the versatility of being able to turn said bulky mech OFF and use normal speed. The movement speed penalty removal allows me to basically fucntion with almost no penalty (except power recharge speed), but given that this guy doesn't have a shield restoring melee, you ahve to play a bit more careful with him. Which is why I chose a power oriented build, the stagger and damage form both pyro blast and cluster arc grenades would make a good combo for staving off enemies with their wide AoE's and stun effects, while I clsoe in for the kill with more powers and gunplay

Next: the Asari Justicar Vanguard

Biotic charge- 6
1. radius
2. weapon damage
3. barrier

Crush-6
1. damage
2. radius
3.  incpacitate

Biotic healing- 6
1. health regen
2. movement speed
3. bonus power

Asari Justicar- 6
1. power damage/duration
2. power duration
3. weapon damage

fitness- 0

Reveiw- First of all, I'm making this out to be a ranged-wepon commando vanguard, rather than the traditional close ranged shotgun one. This class offers a unique blend of power passives, survivability, and disruption that I just had to explot. With the duration buffing passives of asari justicars, the duration of crush and biotic healing can be increased dramatically, allowing me to use crush nearly indefinitely to incapacitate all weaker enemies in a radius while tearing them to shreds with guns. Biotic healing allows me to roam the battlefield with little fear of dying with it's buffed up healing and movement speed reduction, along with being able to whip out crush in emergencies before turning off the healing, leaving for no surprises. While biotic chrage makes for a good oh **** button and locomotion around the field, allowing me to quickly traverse around with little fear of dying and mow down enemies easily.

Next: the Hanar Triple soldier

adrenaline rush- 6 points
1.  weapon damage
2. bonus power
3. bonus power

reave- 6 points
1. impact radius
2. damage reduction
3. damage and duration

Biotic orbs- 6 points
1. radius
2. recharge speed
3. extra orb

Hanar decoy defnse- 0 points

Hanar destruction- 6 points
3X weapon/melee damage

Reveiw: This soldier is a cool mix of combats and biotics, I've specced this out to be jsut that. Whenever I enter combat adrelaine rush is activated, shooting with my favored weapon begins, with two intteruptions of reave followed by biotic explosions since biotic orbs don't trigger a power cooldown/can be used anytime. This makes for a really good combonation of crowd control and destruction through biotic explosions while also being able to dish out heavy damage on a single target with your favored weapon, along with some nice decoys to draw fire away from you.

And finally the Elizabeth Adept

summon tear- 6
1. elite unit summon
2. big daddy
3. Alternate tear: big sister twins

transport tear- 6
1. ammo box
2. decoy
3. Jump tear

Catastrophe tear- 6
1. cerberus turret
2. black hole
3. tornado

I'm not really gonna reveiw my own character. But do any of you guys have ideas for Elizabeth.

I need a little more than that...

EDIT: also, I would NEED to select some non-ME characters, since I have 15 non-ME and 7 ME characters...

Wow. What a compilation. This is just plain fantastic.

 Build and review time!

Wow do we have some good ones.

_________________________________________________________________________
James Heller [Prototype]; concept from feriwan

Build

Blade [Rank 6]: Number of attacks, bleed effect, armor damage
Whip Fist [Rank 6]: Damage, Damage, damage to shields & barriers
Hammer Fist [Rank 6]: Damage, incapacite, damage resistance

Infected [Rank 6]: Melee Damage, Melee Damage, Melee Damage
Marine Training [Nothing]

Review

This is not just any melee focused character. This is the only 100% melee focused character. Don't bother with guns. Go all out punching, whiping, thrusting and bashing your foes. Let them know who's boss.

This incredible walking harbinger of mass destruction just makes me want to play Prototype. Is that game any good?

_________________________________________________________________________
Dovahkiin/Dragonborn [Elderscrolls Skyrim]; concept by feriwan

Build

Potion of Invisibility [Rank 6]: Damage, Increase Potions by 2, Power Damage
Fireball [Rank 6]: Damage, Damage, Damage To Armor
Fus Ro Dah [Rank 6]: Force, Range, Force

Fitness [Nothing]: _
Class Passive [Rank 6] Power Damage & Weight Capacity, Power Damage, Power Damage

Review

This is like reviewing Chuck Noris or Batman. One does not need to be told why they're awesome. They just are. However, in the spirit of build and review, I'll explain why.

This is an amazing hit and run kit that combines great melee damage with power damage. The best of cloak and dagger with a powerful spell and a dragon shout that trully captures the spirit and wonder of the Elderscrolls series. The kit is also open to a variety of builds, from melee focused to power damage focused.

_________________________________________________________________________
Terminator T-800; concept by feriwan

Build

Targeting Systems [Rank 6]: Weapon Vulnerability, Headshot Vulnerability, Damage Bonus
Power Boost [Rank 6]: Accuracy Bonus, Rate of Fire, Remove Shield Reduction
Anti-Organic Grenade [Nothing]: A grenade that is only helpful against synthetics.

Fitness [Rank 6]: Health & Shields, Shield Regeneration, Health & Shields
Class Passive [Rank 6] Weapon Damage, Headshot Bonus, Weapon Damage

Review

Has some of the best aspects of the Quarians and Geth. Has the tactical scan of the Quarians and the Hunter Mode of the Geth. The two combined makes one of the most heavy duty soldiers available. This kit to me has one true role. Guns. Of all the soldiers out there, this could be the most amazing. True precision shooting, with untold damage and accuracy. Headshot bonuses to boot aswell.

For melee lovers there are some melee damage bonuses too. Besides who doesn't want to see The Terminator punch something?

As for the grenades, this can become a problem when facing  both Cerberus and the Geth (especially the latter). Nevertheless if someone want's a good anti-collector or anti-reaper build the grenades can really come in handy. Even so, platinium matches can be a real pain, even if collectors and reapers are the chosen factions.

This has been a fantastic trilogy of kits.
A fantastic melee focused character.
A fantastic power focused character.
A fantastic weapon focused character.

Page 21 has some more kits that deserve the Build and Review treatment, including a Quarian Juggernaut...
_________________________________________________________________________
Hurlock Darkspawn soldier; concept by Ultimate Pheer

Build

Devour [Rank 6]: Damage Increase, Health Restoration, Health Restored To Allies
Concuss [Rank 6]: Chill, Radius, Vulnerability
Obliterate[Rank 3]: Can already remove shields and outright kill lesser foes at rank 1.

Fitness [Rank 5]: Health & Shields, Shield Regeneration
Class Passive [Rank 6]  Power Damage & Damage Capacity, Power Damage, Power Damage

Review

What a great way to conclude page 20.
What an appropriate name "Ultimate Pheer" for the user who came up with this concept.
My ultimate fear is coming face to face with this incredibly powerful soldier, that can restore health upon kills, make you more vulnerability and outright kill you with it's powerful melee strike.

True obliteration. No wonder The Darkspawn were feared in the Dragon Age Universe.

YES

Get it. IT's the kind of game that never gets old. You just go around being a little harbinger of destruction leaping over buildingsa nd killing things... Oh, there's also an epic storyline in there too, but the combat and roaming is so good it's hard to decide which is better

There will be a post dedicated to Teen Titans [NOT TEAM TITANS].
Seriously what kind of person would get that wrong?:o

For now, here are the other Build and Reviews from page 21.

_________________________________________________________________________________
Quarian Juggernaut; concept by Anima Machinae

Build:

Tactical Armor [Rank 6]: Shields, Power Damage, Shields
Pyro Blast [Rank 6]: Damage, Duration and Exposure, Conflageration
Cluster Arc Grenades [Rank 6]: Damage, Damage, Damage

Fitness Passive [Nothing]: _
Class Passive [Rank 6]: Power Damage & Weight Capacity, Power Damage, Power Damage

Review:

Be able to deal with any enemy type.
Have additional hitpoints.
Deliver impressive power and melee damage.

Take out armor and health with your pyro blast and ravage shields/barriers with your cluster arc grenades. The Quarian Juggernaut doesn't just handle every situation, it dominates every situation with great ease.
Anima Machinae has reminded me of the true extent of his genius.

Clever kit with many possible builds. All viable. All powerful. All awesome.

Elizabeth (Bioshock Infinite); concept by The Ashen Phoenix

Build:

Summon Tear [Rank 6]: Elite Rank Units, Big Daddy, Big Sister Twins
Transport Tear [Rank 6]: Health Kits, Oil Slick, Jump
Catastrophe Tear [Rank 6]: Lightning, Black Hole, Tornado

Fitness Passive [Nothing]: _
Tear Mastery [Rank 6]: Power Damage & Weight Capacity, Power Damage, Power Damage

Review:

This is a glass cannon of epic proportions. Just wow! Just incredible power damage from a summoner extraordinaire. So many objects that can help your squad, either by dealing heavy damage, distracting foes or providing health and ammo. This is one mage who should be defended, as the amount of damage that can be dealt is supreme:wizard:!

Asari Justicar Vanguard; feriwan

Build 1: Power Damage

Biotic Charge [Rank 6]: Force and Damage, Power Synergy, Barrier
Crush [Rank 6]: Damage, Damage, Incapacitates
Healing [Rank 6]:  Decrease Damage Taken, Duration, Bonus Power

Fitness [Nothing]:
Asari Justicar [Rank 6]: Power Damage & Weight Capacity, Power Damage, Power Damage

Build 2: Mobile Tank

Biotic Charge [Rank 6]: Force and Damage, Power Synergy, Barrier
Crush [Nothing]
Healing [Rank 6]:
Decrease Damage Taken, Duration, Bonus Power

Fitness [Rank 6]: Health and Barriers, Barrier Regeneration, Health and Barriers
Asari Justicar [Rank 6]: Power Damage & Weight Capacity, Power Damage, Power Damage

Review

A powerful tank with a useful damaging ability that can crush enemies. Send foes flying, crush their bones, and heal yourself as the going gets tough. Can stay calm under immense pressure, whilst dishing out the damage upon the foes. Crush trully is the best power in this kit. Healing is another great power, that can keep the caster alive.

A trully tanky build will combine fitness, healing and charge for a hard to kill character. Because of the biotic charge and the healing factor, this kit can also excel in the melee department without being taken down too easily. Of course there is a weapons build where you exploit the weapon damage bonuses of charge, and place weapon damage evolutions in Justicar. Grab an assault rifle and destroy the enemies in style.

Lovely versatile kit and a great addition to the Justicar Faction.

Might I suggest just starting a complete new thread? This is called  'Create Your Own ME 3 Characters (Multiplayer)' for a reason...

Anyway, I'll just go and give my top ten before I change my mind.
Also, don't ask for my top ten when 6 of my characters are from my favorite TV show.
Srsly, y u doo dis?
EDIT: I'll just keep my '6-groups' together

1) Teen Titans
2) Energy being (c'mon, a headcannon kit? Seeing as it has (some very complicated) links to my top 6, I'm  sort of feel like putting it above them...)
3) Ninja Brian
4) Danny Sexbang
5) Team Avatar
6) N7 MAP operator (I just think his turret mode is so cool, combined with the fact that I got this idea from that arc trooper picture...)
7) Turian Kabalim (fun fact: the biotic wave power was inspired by my multiplayer fanfic, but there it was used by an asari)
8) Asha'man vanguard
9) Lentii Vanguard
10) Batman (my first kit:wizard:)

Oh boy, new idea.
Since this is my 3rd lentii character, I'd like to retract my statement not to make a new category and I hereby formally ask Abraham_uk to make a new 'Salarian Lentii' category :D

Here goes:

Posted Image

Salarian Lentii Savant (engineer):

character description: The Lentii are a small group of Salarian monks, formed and situated on the Salarian colony of Mannovai. They are relatively unknown, due to their small numbers and due to the fact that their church is only situated on Mannovai. Even there, they are rather secluded from the rest of society. This results in many tales about them, from being able to raise the dead to being able to gift others with biotics without the help of eezo.Their rules and beliefs resemble those of Human Buddhist monks, though there are still an uncountable amount of differences and any salarian can join at anytime. The reapers have forced them out of their homes, and they now fight for the good of the galaxy.
Some Lentii members do not have biotic powers, but it is not a prerequisite. They are still a full member of the society. Some even help with building mechs and other technologies to help around in the society.

   -   shields 500/500
   -   acrobatics
   -   increased mobility
   -   martial arts

power 1: offensive pylon - Deploy an immobile pylon that damages enemies that come to close. Only two different pylons can be active at a time. (fire rate same as SP turret (but less damage). Needs to reload after certain amount of shots)

rank 1: unlock - recharge speed: 45 seconds - range: 15 meters - damage: 300 per second
rank 2: increase recharge speed by 20%
rank 3: increase range by 30%

rank 4b: increase range by 40%
rank 5a: increase clip size by 30%
rank 5b: increase recharge speed by 35%
rank 6a: increase damage vs armor by 65%
rank 6b: increase damage vs shields and barriers by 65%

power 2: defensive pylon - Deploy an immobile pylon that heals all allies in range. Only two different pylons can be active at a time.

rank 1: unlock - recharge speed: 25 seconds - radius: 5 meters - shields restored: 450
rank 2: increase recharge speed by 25%
rank 3: increase radius by 30%
rank 4a: increase radius by 40%
rank 4b: increase shields restored by 50%
rank 5a: decrease damage taken by 15% while in radius
rank 5b: add a 100 health bonus that recharges slower than the shield bonus
rank 6a: increase shields restored by 80%
rank 6b: decrease shields resotred by 60%, but add an effect that recharges 75 shields/sec

rank 2: increase weapon damage by 5%
rank 3: increase power cooldown by 15%
rank 4a: increase weapon damage by 7.5%
rank 4b: increase cooldown by 20% and weight capacity by 20
rank 5a: increase pylons active by 1 (3 pylons total can be active)
rank 5b: increase headshot damage by 20%
rank 6a: decrease pistol and submachine gun weight by 30%
rank 6b: increase weapon damage by 10%

note: just to be clear, without rank 5a, you can place 2 DIFFERENT pylons. So 1 offensive and 1 defensive/ 1 offensive and 1 tacitcal/ etc. With rank 5a, you can have all pylons active at once. IN NO CASE can you have 2 or more of one pylon, eg 2 offensive pylons or 2 tactical pylons or 3 defensive pylons etc. is IMPOSSIBLE.

power 5: fitness

melee and dodge like drell

character notes: all pylons are set up and can explode like the supply pylon. Pylons can't be destroyed. Again, no direct power damage.

You know, the great thing about build and review, is that it allows me to actually appreciate some of the amazing concepts that you guys come up with.

Rather than give these concepts a momentary glance, they get the treatment they deserve.
In addition, I am adding CLASSIC BUILD AND REVIEWS.

This means that every now and then, I will provide a build and review for kits that were previously not given this treatment. These include some of The Ashen Phoenix's older kits and some of Soja 57's classics.

For now, I have 7 of feriwan's fantastic kits to Build and Review.

Teen Titan Beast Boy: concept by feriwan

Gorilla [Rank 6]: Dual Wield, Health Bonus, Movement Speed
Pterodactyl [Rank 6]: Damage, Duration, Damage
Rhinocerous [Rank 6]: Damage Reduction, Damage, Damage Reduction
Fitness [Rank 6]: Melee, Martial Artist, Melee
Class Passive [Nothing]:

Review

A clever shape shifter build, that can rush into combat at high speeds as a gorilla, soar above the enemies as a Pterodactyl or tank it out as a charging Rhinocerous. Beast Boy combines everything that makes these creatures a menance and unleashes endless havok to happless foes in his wake.

A great start to a promising series of superheroes.

Teen Titan Robin: concept by feriwan

Build:

Birdarangs [Rank 6]:
 Damage, Damage, Explode
Electro Discs [Rank 6]: Damage, Incapacitate, Damage to Shields and barriers
Freeze Discs [Rank 6]: Damage, Damage, Pierce
Fitness [Nothing]:
Class Passive [Rank 6]: Power Damage, Power Damage, Power Damage

Review:

I am actually a fan of 3 elementals. Mixing up fire, ice and electricity is just endless fun. I guess this love of the three elements came from playing final fantasy games, where I wanted the most powerful fire, ice and lightning spells to spam against bosses.

Robin's discs are more than just three elementals. They are exploding discs with great synergy. Switching between fire and ice to take out armor, or zap away those barriers and shields with your electro discs. With the fast running and acrobatics of Robin (which put the Drell to shame), you can make yourself hard to hit, whilst spaming rapid punishment though your discs.

Teen Titan Starfire: concept by feriwan

Build:

Starbolts [Rank 4]: Damage
Laser Eyes [Rank 4]: Damage
Flying Punch [Rank 6] : Damage and Force, Melee Synergy, Damage and Force
Fitness [Rank 6]: Melee Damage, Martial Artist, Melee Damage
Class Passive [Rank 6]: Power Damage, Power Damage, Power Damage

Review:

Hmm. Reminds me of Superman. But that's a good thing. With amazing laser eyes combined with flying and punching enemies. Also has some bolts that can deal some serious damage. This is the kind of kit is good for players who combine melee damage with power usage. This is ownage on an epic scale. Just goes to show that feriwan was indeed the right person for this job.:wizard:

Teen Titan; Cyborg; concept by feriwan

Build

Rocket Arm [Rank 4]:
Force and Damage
Sonic Cannon [Rank 4]: Force and Damage
Sonic Cannon Continuous Shot [Rank 6]: Damage, Duration, Damage
Fitness [Rank 6]: Melee Damage, Martial Artist, Melee Damage
Class Training [Rank 6]: Power Damage, Power Damage, Power Damage

Review

Whilst build and review normally presents only one of many possible and viable builds, the builds I place are (like the review) just personal preference. For me this preference comes to the continuous Sonic cannon, that is so overwhelmingly powerful that it is the main power. Six seconds of overwhelming damage, that can decimate foes within seconds.

To me it's like being given a choice between strawberry ice cream, rum & raisin ice cream and chocolate ice cream. I'll happily eat the other two, but chocolate is always going to be on top.

In addition, judging purely on the little annimations from the post, this kit is a really fast character, so inbetween cooldowns, this guy can go punching foes ravaging their defences. The other two powers can be used for specific scenarios. The rocket arm good for those tough boss enemies and regular sonic cannon for groups of enemies.

This is a very fast, versatile and tough character with a power for every situation, whilst staying true to the core mechanics of the fan favorite superhero Cyborg.

Teen Titan Raven: concept by feriwan

Build:

Dark Energy Sphere [Rank 6]: Allies within the shield, damage reduction, damage reduction and shield recharge
Astral Projection [Rank 6]: damage, damage, damage
Telekinesis [Rank 6]: Force, Force, Stagger Armored enemies
Fitness [Nothing]:
Class Passive [Rank 6]: Power Damage and Weight Capacity, Power Damage, Power Damage

Review:

I can see why the Teen Titans dominate feriwan's personal top 10. Fantastic ideas, from a cartoon show that combines the ideas of the DC Universe with the look of Japanese anime. I haven't seen the show. Is the show any good?

Anyway, Raven is another great character from an amazing series of kits. Raven has to be by far my favorite. I love adepts and this adept is just fantastic in every sense of the word. Protect yourself and squadmates with a sphere. Once your shields are back up, go into astral projection to deal massive damage. Then when enemies approach your position, come out of projection and deliver a massive blast that will stagger armored foes and deal damage to unarmored foes. Unlike throw, it has a big affect on mid tier foes (who have shields/barriers but no armor).

This kit is amazing because it gives the caster amazing powers to play with, and breaks away from the "it's all about biotic explosions" logic that has driven many players away from not only adepts but most of the biotic classes. This to me is what the adept is really about. Delivering direct damage, having variety in options and delivering crowd control through telekinesis.

I know that Teen Titans is not on the agenda, but using similiar ideas for future biotic characters is a step in the right direction. That said, all of my biotic characters are more "biotic explosion" focused, because let's face it, those explosions do look awesome.

___________________________________________________________________________________

Terra [Engineer]: concept by feriwan

Build

Rock Throw [Rank 6]:
Force and Damage, Rocks Thrown, Force and Damage
Lava Geiser [Rank 6]: Damage, Damage, Extra Damage for 10 seconds
Golem [Rank 6]: Armor Damage, Armor Damage, Two Golems
Fitness [Nothing]:
Class Passive [Rank 6]: Power Damage and Weight Capacity, Power Damage, Power Damage

Review

Another mage. Which is awesome because I love mages. Bring two golems to devastate the battlefield, summon a lava geiser to further ravage the battlefield, and whilst the foes are busy being overwhelmed throw rocks at them. This is another example of, the class being at it's best when you ignore fitness.

This is a dynamic character that is everything I see in mages. Glass cannons who can deal massive amounts of damage, but rely heavily on tanks to take some of the heat away. Oh and if Terra can hitch a ride on one of those flying rocks, even better.

Is the show really that good? You seem fond of the show. The powers you've come up with are quite simply amazing. Characters are detailed and interesting. The descriptions of each character has piqued my interest for the show. Before I read your Teen Titans section I had little interest for the cartoon. Now I am genuinely considering watching the show.

You've contributed some of the best kits on this thread. People like you are the reason why I added Non Mass Effect serion. If nothing else you got one guy interested in the show.:wizard:

Salarian Lentii Savant [Engineer]: concept by feriwan

Build:

Offensive Pylon: [Rank 6]: Damage, Recharge, Damage Versus Armor
Defensive Pylon: [Rank 6]: Shields Restored, Health Bonus, Shields restored by 80%
Tactical Pylon: [Rank 6]: Weapon Damage, Headshot Damage, Damage Done to Targets

Fitness: [Nothing]:
Savant [Rank 6]:
 Cooldown, 3 Pylons, Weapon Damage

Review:

It really is getting harder and harder to come up with new and innovative support kits. But feriwan always manages to find a way. The three pylons are trully the bread and butter to this character. Two pylons at a time just isn't good enough. So obviously three at a time means you can support your team with amazing fire power, healing and debuffing.

In addition the offensive pylon can take some of the heat from the team. Combine this with some of the debuffs and weapon damage in passive, this kit can deliver some really good weapon damage too. Cooldowns can be a little long, but this can be mitigated by gear and mods.

Once again do to fitness being ignored, this is a kit that could use some support from tanks. Great idea for a kit. Feriwan shows that he is imaginative in his approach to both Mass Effect and non-Mass Effect concepts.

Keep up the good work!:wizard:

I can see why the Teen Titans dominate feriwan's personal top 10. Fantastic ideas, from a cartoon show that combines the ideas of the DC Universe with the look of Japanese anime. I haven't seen the show. Is the show any good?

Is the show really that good? You seem fond of the show. The powers you've come up with are quite simply amazing. Characters are detailed and interesting. The descriptions of each character has piqued my interest for the show. Before I read your Teen Titans section I had little interest for the cartoon. Now I am genuinely considering watching the show.

well, like I said, it' my favorite show. But I seriously just become a super fangirl (and I'm a guy) when it comes to the show. I ship characters from here to there (Beast Boy and Raven are my OTP), I go crazy when it's referenced, I 've read plenty of fanfics (and I've ONLY read fanfics of Teen Titans)...

So, to me, it's super awesome.
I don't know if you've ever seen justice leage (unlimited) or young justice, but it's sort of like those shows. Superheroes, story (sometimes carrying over the episodes), good characters, serious but also funny at times...

But since it's my favorite show, I would definately suggest it, if not to just have more people watching it.

EDIT: now that I think of it, its also the sort of cartoon like avatar: the last airbender / legend of Korra, if you've seen those...

Also, there's a new series "Teen Titans Go". Some old fans don't really like it because it's way less serious, and I think also because it's not a continuation of the previous series. While I would love a continuation, I still think the new series is funny and all (Teen Titans Go is not really like justice league (unlimited) / young justice / last airbender / legend of korra)

Description: During the making of the 7th Transformer's film, a temporal anomaly (produced by over indulgence in CGI effects) appeared. This anomaly transported Michael Bay to the distant future. Now he is on a mission to blow up all Reapers and save the galaxy from 4 terrible fates.

Michael Bay finally brings his passion for explosions to the war against the Reapers. Combined with his loyal special effects teams, and futuristic technology, Michael Bay's dreams of blowing up hoardes of aliens has become a reality. Let's face it, who doesn't love a giant explosion!

_____________________________________________________________________________________

M-920 Cain:

Any smart person knows that nukes are to Reapers what kryptonite is to Superman. Michael Bay's version of the M-920 Cain uses 5 grenades and takes 30 seconds to fully charge up before blasting an entire area of the battlefield. The charge up time happens automatically and DOESN'T require caster to stand still and wait out the 30 seconds.

Please note that Michael Bay did not equip the Alliance issue missile launcher. He found that weapon underwhelming.

Rank 1: unlock. Default grenade capacity 5
Rank 2: Charge
Rank 3: Grenade capacity +5

Rank 4a: Reduce Charge up time by 5 seconds.
Rank 4b: Ammo Regeneration. 1 grenade every 10 seconds.

I have absolutely no idea whether to fall off my chair laughing at micheal bay being in mass effect, start wondering about the many new ways to blow up the reapers, wonder what the hell the 7th transformers movie was about, or wonder who the hell gave micheal bay biotic implants

I love it!

Surprise! Bet none of you were expecting another kit from me right now, were you? Well, here, have another MAGIC-BASED KIT
This time with 300% MORE UNDEAD. (And 100% more Screwing with scientist salarians)
Necromacer Engineer!

Decription: Greedy, powerful, and dangerous Mages, a necromancers guard their secrets carefully- But they apply their animated servants in liberal amounts in order to achieve their ends. Though often incredibly vain, and occasionally completely psychotic, most all of them are capable of realizing that Reapers will not pass them over, nor can they resist the reapers without aid from the rest of the galaxy.

Weilding incredible dark powers, necromancers are capable of summoning animated skeletons to fight for them, making them almost one man armies. Despite their servant's apparent fragility, reinforcement with dark magic makes them surprisingly sturdy. (The best salarian scientists, when asked for their opinions upon this magic, were found to have drunk themselves comatose.)

Powers: (Note- All Skeletons fall apart into a pile of bones upon death, which then disintegrate, regardless of cause of death)

Power 1: Summon Undead Knight: Summon an animated, armored skeleton to fight alongside you with a magically enhanced sword and shield, distracting enemies and decapitating anything it kills (It will look for groups of enemies, then close to melee range and begin attacking with a longsword, defending itself from attacks from the front with it's shield. Moves about as fast as an N7 Destroyer running when it is searching for enemies, then slows down and rasies it's shield as it approaches the enemies. When in melee range, it will lower it's shield while swinging it's sword at an enemy, and then raise it to protect itself from damage from the front until it swings again. The shield only stops damage from the front, and only while it has it's shield raised. Moderate health.) (Appearance wise- Wears tattered chain mail and a helmet)
Rank 1: Unlock
Rank 2: Increase recharge speed by 45%
Rank 3: Increase Damage and Health by 25%
Rank 4a: Increase Damage by 35%
Rank 4b: Increase Health by 35%
Rank 5a: Increase attack speed by 55%
Rank 5b: Increase movement speed b 45%
Rank 6a: When the undead kills an enemy, it will deal an extra 25% damage for 15 seconds. This effect can stack to 8 damage bonuses
Rank 6b: Allow the undead to be targeted by sync-kills, but when killed by a sync-kill release a pulse of darkness, negating all inherent damage reductions for any enemy within 10 meters, and then preventing shield regeneration in enemies affected, and causing them to take an additional 75% damage from all sources for 15%

Power 2: Summon Undead Archer: Summon an animated skeleton archer, who will support you and your allies with arrows from afar, decreasing enemy movement speed and dealing minor damage to them when they move. (High movement speed, low health. The skeleton will move around the map in search of an area which it can see multiple enemies from, then stop and begin firing arrows at them. Arrows stay stuck in enemies they hit for a period of time. Enemies with arrows in them will move slower and will take constant damage when moving, turning, activating powers, or aiming over cover. ) (Appearance wise, wears tattered leather and a few armored plates)
Rank 1: Unlock
Rank 2: Increase arrow damage by 35%
Rank 3: Increase arrow duration byy 35%
Rank 4a: Increase arrow damage by 45%
Rank 4b: Increase arrow duration by 45%
Rank 5a: Allow the archer to score headshots (Any enemy with a "Headshot-like area will have that area aimed for by the archer)
Rank 5b: Increase arrow movement penalty by 45%, increase damage done by an embedded arrow by 75% (Still not a lot of damage, but still a significant upgrade)
Rank 6a: Charge the arrow with darkness, releasing it in a burst when it hits the enemy, dealing 25% of the damage dealt to the target to any enemies within 5 meters
Rank 6b: Fire two other arrows at enemies near the target, at 80% damage each

Power 3: Summon Undead Berzerker: Summon a massive skeleton with a monstrous sword to wreak havok upon your enemies (Low movement speed, high health. For reference, think pyramid head's sword, dragging behind a skeleton. When it gets within sword range of an enemy, it will swing it's sword and deal massive damage to the enemy hit. Additionally, this ignores shield gate and has massive amounts of force.) (Appearance wise- A skeleton that can stand eye to eye with a banshee, holding a sword remniscent of Pyramid Head's. Covered in armor plates, but still easily seen to be a skeleton underneath)
Rank 1: Unlock
Rank 2: Increase damage by 45%
Rank 3: Increase health by 45%
Rank 4a: Increase damage by 35%
Rank 4b: Increase health by 35%
Rank 5a: Increase damage after killing an enemy by 35% for 15 seconds
Rank 5b: When killing an enemy, the skeleton regenerates 5% of it's max health
Rank 6a: Empower the sword with darkness, allowing the skeleton to swing it to fire a blade of darkness at enemies, dealing 90% damage and losing 5% of the remaining damage every 5 meters.
Rank 6b: Increase the force of the swing by 450%, and deal 45% of damage and force to enemies within a 15 meter radius.

Well? How do you all like it? I'm rather proud of it.

Okay, so I've figured out what I'm going to do for this pack. I'm going to take 3 characters from some of my most favorite video games and bring them into mass effect! (it's actually kind of bad so many games have such customizable characters now. It forced me to rule out some of my favorite games)

So, the three characters I will be bringing you are...

Alex Mercer (more badass than James Heller, sorry feri but it's true :P) Vanguard, from [Prototype]

Dante Sentinel, from Devil may cry 3

Xcom psi-unit soldier (my biggest project), from Xcom: Enemy unknown

Well I chose Heller because I was playing prototype 2. It's been a while since the first game, but actually I think Heller is cooler. He swears in the most awesome of ways, and (SPOILER) ripped Mercer to pieces.
Also, Mercer is kind of a douche.

In the second one, I totally agree with you. I disliked Mercer in the second one for the most part, sure he was still badass, but he was also a douche. But I loved MErcer form the first one, he was just so badass and cool, Heller just seems a bit too... Brutish to have that cool badass quality to me. It's kind of like comparing batman to Kratos from God of War.

Well, after having some type of mid-summer mental breakdown - nothing serious, just me realizing how much of summer break has gone by and how much stuff I want to do, but then realizing I'll never have enough time, which not only sucks but it also makes me less motivated to do stuff:crying: - I got another idea for a 6 character pack. I'll say now that it'll take a while yet - I have no powers whatsoever, just the characters. And also that it's all classes again, but I already linked the classes to the characters based on what I feel fits best. So yeah, they might not seem exact, but so what?

EDIT: I also have a Turian Lieutenant (soldier) idea, but I need to give him or come up with one more power...

My newest character: the turian commander (he got a promotion since my last post). Before I get started I'd like to say a few things about the character and further plans I have.
First about the character: I first came up with his first power, thinking it would be something sort of cool and new. I thought of putting it on a Lentii character (the lentii engineer even), but later thought that it wouldn't work. I then had his second power fairly quickly, but I neede one more power. Not just any power, I wanted one that was an active power and possibly with a slow recharge. Finally, last night, just before I went to sleep I remembered something I read in the ME wiki about turians:

Tradition is important. Each legion has a full-time staff of historians who chronicle its battle honors in detail. The oldest have records dating back to the turian Iron Age.

So wouldn't it be cool to have some older type of weapon again. They actually already sort of did it in the vanilla: swords, shields, bows, whips,...
Then I thought of power 3. Good, I came up with something, now I can finally rest. Come morning...

Me:*Yawn*
Me:"Ah, what a good night sleep. Hmm? Oh it's already 11:00, but so what, it's vacation, I'll stay in as long as I want."
Me:(stays in bed)
Me:"Hm, did I finally get a third power for the turian? I remember thinking about it, but... Nope, I don't think so. I guess I'll have to take some vanilla power like marksman, as I was thinking..."
Me:"."
Me:".."
Me:"..."
Me:"!"
Me:"WAIT! I did think of a new power! Darn, I almost forgot about it..."

lesson learned: write stuff down (I am up late some nights, thinking about just stuff that I then almost forget in the morning. The Lentii savant was another 'night-thoughts' character)

Also, now that I'm writing this, do you spell the other alien races with a capital? I find myself doing it sometimes, but then I think "You don't spell 'human' with a capital!" so I have to change it back. Just something I was thinking about...

And now about my plans: I still don't have any powers for my 6-pack, but I haven't been thinking of anything for them. That said, I'm leaving on vacation on the 20th of August and will be gone for more than 3 weeks. Like I said before, I have lots of stuff to do, and I might not finish them before I go. I'm also sorry to say that I can't make any promises, so I can't say if they aren't made by then that I will EVER make them. Not that I can't try, but it's just the way things are.
If I do come back from vacation, this thread is still alive and I can't find any time to make them, I'll at least say what they were + what I already had to whoever wants it. I also don't know how much I will be doing after vacation because of school and all...
But I just wanted to say before it was too late, this was a fun thread to check out each day (or hour) and that I never new I would be able to make so many characters (I had seen this thread way before I ever started posting in it). I also hope I can do more stuff in the future, but I can't make promises.

And on that note, I take us to my newest character:

Posted Image

Turian commander (soldier):

character description: Oh, come on! We all know turians, and this one's a commander! He also is proud to serve or something? I don't know, it's just... I suck at these descriptions. Oh, and he's here with the krogan turian alliance so... yeah.

   -   shields 750/750
   -   toughness/melee
   -   decreased mobility
   -   dual omni-blades proficiency

power 1: power stims - activate power stims in your suit to decrease current recharge time, but at the cost of shields and health.
(recharge time decrease is opposite of weight capactiy - if you are heavier you get more time off of your times, if you are lighter you get less time off of your counter. If you don't get it, ask and I'll try to explain again. When rightly activated (at rank 1) it removes 50% of total shields and health, eg. if you have 500 health and 300 shields before activation, it becomes 250 health and 150 shields, regardless of what your maximum health/shields are. You can't die from this power - 1 health before activation stays 1 health after activation but 1 shields goes to 0 after activation. It only works when you have a cooldown timer active, ortherwise it does nothing.)

rank 1: unlock - recharge reduce: 4 seconds - health lost: 50% of total - shields lost: 50% of total
rank 2: increase recharge reduce by 1 second
rank 3: increase recharge reduce by 2 seconds
rank 4a: decrease shields lost by 22% (now 33% of total)
rank 4b: add a 30% weapon damage boost for 7 seconds
rank 5a: add a 60% melee damage boost for 8 seconds
rank 5b: no health lost
rank 6a: comepletely remove recharge timer
rank 6b: no health lost or shields lost, but works on grenades (only 1 charge) if rank 4a is chosen, increase max shields by 20% for 15 seconds (no shields added) and if rank 5b is chosen, gain one full health bar.

power 2: remote explosive - throw a remote explosive to stick on any surface until detonated by the user. (actvated, detonated and recharged like the recon mine)

rank 1: unlock - recharge speed: 24 seconds - radius: 7.5 meter - damage:1000
rank 2: increase recharge speed by 25%
rank 3: increase damage by 20%
rank 4a: increase radius by 45%
rank 4b: increase damage by 30%
rank 5a: increase damage by 40%
rank 5b: increase recharge speed by 40%
rank 6a: light explosives - throw as far and fast as normal grenades
rank 6b: increase damage to shields and barriers by 65%

note: thrown underhand. The throw animation is slower than a grenade throw animation, and it goes less far than a grenade (standard: 50% range)

power 3: spear of the ancestors - a perfect replica of the spear used by the commander of first legion to stop the thieves uprising in ca 12000 BCE. The schematics have been uploaded to a select few commanders' omni-tools, who have proven their honor in battle.

rank 1: unlock - recharge speed: 12 seconds - damage: 500 - bleed damage: 350 - duration: 6 seconds - range: 20 meters
rank 2: increase recharge speed by 25%
rank 3: increase damage by 20%
rank 4a: increase range by 40%
rank 4b: increase damage by 30%
rank 5a: increase bleed damage by 50% and decrease duration to 5 seconds (more damage over shorter time)
rank 5b: incapacitate unarmored enemies by knocking them down
rank 6a: increase damage to armor by 65%
rank 6b: prime enemies for a tech burst and increase range by 30%

power 4: turain veteran

power 5: fitness

light melee combo: dual omni-blade furry
heavy melee: dual omni-blade heavy strike (both are different then vanilla turian melee)
dodge: none

So yo're still here? OK, I'll build and review Ultimate Pheer's Necromancer engineer (I would have made him an adept, but he's not my kit)

build:

summon undead knight: rank 6 - damage, attack speed, damage stack
summon undead archer: rank 6 - damage, headshot, 2 extra arrows
summon undead berzerker: skip
class passive: rank 6 - power damage  and capactiy, power damage, weapon damage
fitness: rank 6 - health and shields (3x)

review:
Abraham was saying something about support characters being hard to make. "Well, screw that!" we say. This is an awesome kit that allows the necromancer to sit back and enjoy his skeletons killing things. As always, I'm too scared to miss fitness, and I also never miss the class passive, so I can't go for all 3 powers at once. But that would be something cool to try out as well, if you can have them all 3 together.
Can you have 2 or 3 skeletons together? And what's his melee? I just like getting all the extra details I can get:wizard:

And one final thing: I'm just wondering if you guys would ever want to try to give powers base stats. I used to not do it, but now I add it to everything. To get an idea I usually look at the ME wiki, or this site that TheAshenPhoenix sent me.
