12 days.
So let's get this show back on the road.
First of all there is a ton of build and reviews to do, before I resume my Skyrim schools of magic series.

Zuko (fire bender):
Build:
Fireblast [Rank 6]: Damage, Damage, Damage
Dancing Dragon [Rank 6]: Damage, no stun, speed
Redirect Energy [Rank 6]: Damage returned, damage returned, damage reduction from melee
Fitness [Rank 4]: Melee,
Class Passive [Rank 4]: Power Damage
Review:
Wow. Maybe I should watch the show. There is a really inventive dancing dragon power, ability to redirect projectiles and your regular fire blast (because sometimes conventional magic works just fine). This skill set adds some flavour to your usual pyromancers. It's no longer just blast the battlefield with fireballs. If you don't put much thought into what you do, you can get killed quickly. But with a keen strategic eye, switching between deflecting damage and your dancing dragon can be a real BLAST!

Katara (water bender):
Build:
Water Whip [Rank 6]: Damage, incapacitate, damage
Healing [Rank 6]: Health regeneration, health boost, reduce da
Ice Shards [Rank 6]: Damage, damage, weaken armored targets
Fitness [Rank 4]: Melee,
Class Passive [Rank 4]: Power Damage
Review:
Wow this one is just spectacular. Has crowd control damage and debuffing covered with Ice Shards. Has damage and crowd control covered with Water Whip. Then you can heal and buff yourself/ally. Nice durability, very flexible and a good assortment of abilities. Amazing.

Sokka (non-bender)
Build:
Boomerang [Rank 6]: Damage, Boomerang Speed, Damage to Armor
Focus [Rank 6]: Melee Damage, Melee Speed, Offensive Power
Slime Bombs [Rank 6]: Duration, damage, freeze
Fitness [Nothing]:
Class Training [Rank 6]: Power Damage, Power Damage, Power Damage
Review:
I don't know how feriwan does it. Every kit he has come up with for this series is yet one more reason why I should watch the show. A clever use of explosives, boomerangs and melee combat. This kit reminds me of Link from The Legend of Zelda who combined melee, bombs and boomerangs (he also used bows and a host of other weapons). But being compared to Link is a good thing. A wonderful kit with exciting posibilities and many different builds. Well done.

Toph (Earth Bender):
Rock Throw [Rank 6]: Force and damage, bleed effect, force and damage
Metal Bending [Rank 6]: Destroy higher troopers, destroy elite trooper's weapons, increase damage to armor
Rock Armor [Rank 6]: Power Damage, Melee Damage, Power Damage
Fitness [Nothing]:
Class Training [Rank 6]: Power Damage, Power Damage, Power Damage
Review:
This is ... Well it ROCKS MY WORLD!
Destroy synthetics and armor with metal bending, then increase your damage output with both your rock armor and class training. Then add further damage by hurling rocks at your foes. This is so epic! Not like those worthless Earth Benders from that film. Ugh.
I love it. Just a great way to ravage foes quickly! Can Earth benders bend metal to their will to?

Suki (non bender)
Build:
Fan Throw [Rank 6]: Damage, incapicate, damage to armor.
Focus [Rank 6]: Melee, Shields, Power
Shield [Rank 6]: Damage, Damage, Damage
Fitness [Rank 4]: Melee
Class Training [Rank 4]: Power Damage
Review:
Another amazing kit. This time not so much a bender but more of a fan throwing infiltrator. That is in and of itself awesome. There is a good use of defensive and offensive abilities. Combine this with focus and you can create a very powerful fan throwing powerhouse.

The Last Airbender!
For those you wondering what this has to do with Mass Effect. Well this is a create your own characters thread. Besides wouldn't it be cool to see the master of the elements lay waste to Cerberus, Geth, Collectors and Reapers.
Build:
Tornado [Rank 6]: Radius, Damage, Damage
Fire Blast [Rank 6]: Damage, Damage, Damage
Rock Throw [Rank 4]: Damage
Water Whip [Rank 4]: Reach
Class Training [Rank 6]: Power Damage, Power Damage, Power Damage
Review:
Epic! Woo!
Set your foes on fire, send them flying with rocks and tornadoes, or lash the foes with your water whip.
Everything about this kit screams awesome. It is just fantastic!
There are so many posibilities. You can focus on fire and wind,or earth and water, or water and fire, or fire and earth. Mix and match your abilities. It is just fun to see these four classic elements in action.
A wonderful end to a fantastic series. Well done feriwan!

Anyway, there are three things I want to point out...

Sokka (water bender)
Actually, he's also a non-bender. To qoute himself, he's "Sokka, the meat-eating, sarcasm guy."
Abraham_uk wrote...

I've only seen one scene of them from the film, and they do look REALLY lame. TV-show earth benders are way cooler!

Metalbending is actually invented during the series by Toph herself. It's supposedly hard to master, but in Legend of Korra (a sequel that takes place almost 100 years later) there are more metalbenders who use their powers to metalbend metalic rope type whips, which pretty much gives them grappling hook powers.
Now that I think of it, I should have made a Rico Rodriguez character (from Just Cause/JC 2, also a super fun game)

Class Training [Rank 6]: Power Damage, Power Damage, Power Damage
Sorry to burst your bubble, but with Aang's 5th power I meant something this power. Not a class passive, but the sort of fitness power.

AGAIN with the puns?!
ANyway, anyone notice I reused Toph's rock throw from Terra?
Oh well, guess that was it. Greetings from nearby Mt Saint Helens!
EDIT: also also also also, was I so influential that my absence caused a 11 day hiatus? Or am I thinking too much of myself now?

Health: 500
Barrier: 750
Description: These master biotics have trained their whole life. Using a mixture of stealth and agression to take down foes. These vanguards are masters of being on the front lines of battle and maintaining flexibility as well as agility. They also command such a force over the biotics they can use the technique from which they gather their name, allowing them to phase through solid objects, making them a force to be feared as they are commonly seen in an area as they wreak havoc and then are gone without a trace. Moving on to strike the next location.
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Powers:
Biotic Specter: Use your mastery of biotics to Create an immensely powerful warp field around you, that uses such quickly moving mass effect fields that it can momentarily displace the molecules of most objects, allowing you to move through them. However, to keep yourself from being destroyed in the process, it takes large amounts of focus away from your barrier. Luckily the field also distorts incoming thermal fire. But also reduce your weapons effectiveness
Mechanics: using this will cause a blue field silimar to foes hit with warp to glow around you. After activating this your barrier will decrease like when using hunter mode. However, you gain the ability to run/walk through thin walls (basically whatever you could teleport through as a fury you can now walk through), and you also gain a passive DR bonus (from being mostly phase-through)
Rank 1: recharge speed 4 seconds, barrier reduced to 350, damage redution 30%, reduce weapon damage by 40%
Rank 2: weapon effectiveness reduction reduced to 30%
Rank 3: increase damage reduction to 35%
Rank 4: A. Take 30% less damage from melee attacks, cause a warp effect (can be detonated) on any enemy who melees you
B. Decrease weapon damage reduction by 10%
Rank 5: A. increase damage reduction by 15%
B. Any enemies you use a melee strike on are made slightly phase through, and thus deal 30% less damage for 5 seconds
Rank 6: A. Increase damage reduction by 40%, but increase the weapon damage reduction by 70%
B. Decrease weapon damage penalty by 20%, max barrier while in Biotic Specter mode is 500
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Specter Strike: Make your arm completely phase through, and strike into the very depths of your enemy and destroy them from the inside with your biotic Specter powers. destroying organs and circutry from the inside out. If you are already phased out of relaity this deals even more damage
Mechanics: the Specter balls her fist which glows a light blue and enters a motion similar to a Drell and phases through the enemy. Then deals the damage. This move also gains a damage boost if you are in Biotic Specter mode. This counts as both a melee power and a power, so it gains damage bonuses from both (like shadow strike)
Rank 1: Damage 800, damage bonus while in Biotic specter mode 500, cooldown 12 seconds
Rank 2: increase damage by 200
Rank 3: increase Biotic Specter damage bonus by 200
Rank 4: A. Leave organic enemies dazed and stunned for 5 seconds after striking them
B. cause synthetics to overheat and explode, dealing 600 damage in a 2M radius, if killed by this power or within 3 seconds of being hit
Rank 5: A. Increase damage by 400, increase Biotic Specter damage by 200
B. if in Biotic Specter mode, gain invincibility during and for 1 second after using this power by becoming completely intangible
Rank 6: A. Leave all enemies within 3M weakened and warped, causing them to take 15% more damage for 10 seconds
B. Increase damage bonus while in Biotic Specter mode by 800

Asari Specter (weapon/power passive): Same as the Human passives, allowing for good weapons play as well as powers

An extra kit.
Wow. That armor is awesome. The sleek interactions between the red, blue and black. The tough armor plating keeping the vital organs protections, whilst being flexible and practical. Don't need to be skimpy in order to be sexy.
Build and review coming!

Race: Nord (human of Skyrim)
Gender: Can be male or female. An appearance option.
Description:
It is often believed that one cannot be both a vampire and a warewolf at the same time.
But some Nords have descovered this secret.
Now they are using their new found vampiric and lycan abilities along with newly taught Thu'um to overwhelm their foes. These special Nordic fighters are known as Nordic Shapeshifters.
They are the latest Stormcloak weapon to be used against both the Imperials and Alderi Dominion.
Mechanics:
This character has three forms.
You can toggle between them at any time without incuring cooldowns.
Each form has a ranged attack (which is activated by pressing the fire button)
A power (which ias activated by pressing the button that normally reloads your gun)
A light melee
A heavy melee
All ranged attacks and powers use up ammo.
All light and heavy melee attacks use up stamina.
When you run out of ammo you can no longer use ranged attacks and powers.
When you run out of stamina you are limited to weaker versions of your light melee attacks.

This is the Gargoyle form. This is the Vampire form! It has no armor and has very low resistance to all attacks. However of the three forms if has the most damaging ranged attacks.
Ranged Attack: Frenzy Bolt: This causes any foe without armor to become confused. They will be permanently unable to differentiate between friend and foe. They will randomly fire, and miss. Armored targets and synthetics will not be affected by the frenzy affect. Instead the bolt will deal heavy damage to armor and synthetic foes.
Power: Vampiric Drain. Rapidly leach health from foes and add it to your own. Leach armor from foes and add a layer of armor to the vampire. Leach shields/barriers from foes and add shields to the vampire. If the power is activated when foe is within melee range, the Gargoyle will perform a bite that will leach health from the foe.
Light Melee: Claws Moderate damage attacks.
Heavy Melee: Blink. A teleportation followed by a moderate damage claw strike. Deals same damage as light melee, however it has a swooping effect, allowing the vampire to literally teleport 30 metres if a foe isn't targeted, or directly to a target.

This is your default form.
You have heavy armor, so you can take more hits than the other two forms.
Also in your default form you are immune to sync kills.
Unfortunately you don't have the melee damage of the Warewolf, nor do you have the ranged and power damage of the Gargoyle.
Ranged Attack: Long Bow fires an arrow. The longer you hold the fire button before release, the longer the range and the more damage the arrow delivers.
Power: Unrelenting Force: you shout "Fos Roh Da" sending your foes flying. (staggers foes with armor, but foes without armor will be sent flying)
Light Melee Attack: 2 Handed sword strike
Heavy Melee: You perform a Whirlwind charge thrusting your sword into the foe

Ranged: Howling. The howling launches red orbs to hit nearby foes. They will run away from the warewolf, unless they are synthetic or have armor. Foes who are synthetic or have armor will instead have reduced accuracy and damage output.
Power: Totem of Brotherhood. This will summon two ghost wolves who will briefly fight alongside you.
Light Melee: Claw Strike. Even the light melee delivers heavy damage.
Heavy Melee: Feast. Eat fallen enemy (has been altered with magic to enable the warewolf to eat any fallen foes, even synthetics).

I hope you liked my Nordic Shapeshifter.
Let's resume build and review with two more feriwan kits.
This is funny. Ninja Sex Party:ph34r:. They're a funny duo who do comedic songs on youtube.
___________________________________________________________________________________

Super Sexy Endurance [Rank 6]: Melee, Melee, Melee
Review:
This is
Thank you for introducing me to a funny guy.
Wonderful blend of action and adventure. Faced paced fighting moves, with high emphasis on melee and cowdcontrol Danny Sexbang is a lover and a fighter, with an array of explosive actions that will devastate and arose simultaneously.

Ninja Brian: concept by feriwan:
Build:
Okay. Can I sacrifice one power? Poison darts. I want my knifing and blowing stuff up to be at their very best you see.
Make Stuff Explode [Rank 6]: Damage, Burn, Damage to armor
Poison Darts [Nothing]:
Murdering The FRACK Out Of People [Rank 6]: Damage, Targets, Targets
Ninja [Rank 6]: Power Damage, Power Damage, Power Damage
Knife Mastery [Rank 6]: Sword Damage, Martial Artist, Armor Damage
Review:
Sorry about ditching the darts. Seriously, I love this class. Blow everything up Michael Bay style (a previous post of mine should make it apparant that I love Michael Bay and his explosions), or just go full on Uma Thurman and slice all of the foes to pieces. This is epic! Pure epiciness! You can clear out waves of enemies within seconds! I love it!
I am confused, amused and greatful at the same time. Thank you feriwan.

My Thoughts: I can't really do a build or review on this kit unless the concept is finished. From what little has been done, I can give you some of my thoughts.
Garrosh looks epic! That image tells me that this is a frightening badass who knows no mercy. But the way that axe is wielded seems to suggest that he is a leader. Which is interesting. To me leaders show both brains and brawns. They lead troops into battle, use tactics but also do some butt kicking up close and personal.
Brains and brawns being brought to the table here.
Warcry is this epic power. Large buffs to make your already strong warrior even more powerful.
Please finish this kit so that I can give it the build and review treatment.
______________________________________________________________________________________
Eldar Farseer; concept by Anima Machinae
Build:
Levitation Field [Rank 3]:
Mind War [Rank 5]: Damage, Damage
Eldritch Storm [Rank 6]: Damage, Duration and Exposure, Damage
Path of the Seer [Rank 6]: Searing Lightning, Damage, Damning Lightning
Witchblade Proficency [Rank 6]: Melee Damage, Melee Damage, Melee Damage
Review:
You should not have had to wait this long for a build and review. This kit is fantastic.
Lift unprotected foes and guardian shields. Make foes brains explode (literally). But the real meat of this kit is your blade, magical bolts and that storm that just devastates any foe near to the caster. You can't move so there is this "come at me bro" kind of attitude as your storm taunts any melee focused foes to rush to their deaths. As for the more ranged enemies, find clever tactics (choke points, and having an ally to draw attention towards the trap) to get enemies going towards you and your epic storm.
Being smart is important. This isn't a let's nuke everything kind of character. It's a let's draw everything towards the nuke kind of character. I love it.

Krogeth! Concept by Ultimate Pheer:
All those days of hiatus. No comment on this kit? Half Krogan, half geth. No comment? Let me give this kit the justice it deserves!
Build:
Biotic Charge [Rank 6]: Force and Damage, Melee Synergy, Barrier
Hunter Mode [Rank 6]: Power Recharge, Power Damage, Damage
Biotic Hunter [Rank 6]: Damage, Weakening, No Sync Kills
Networked Brawler [Nothing]: I don't know enough.
Warlord Rage [Rank 6]: Melee, Martial Artist, Pure Rage
Review:
This is a wonderful combination of Krogan and Geth. My build is more Krogan than Geth, but it is still pretty versatile. You use your drone to prime and slow down targets, or be a powerful close quarters fighter, be a high powered commando or punch everything. Also because of being able to both biotically prime and detonate biotic explosions, this kit is made of pure awesomeness.
Krogan and Geth combined? How could any mere mortal say no? How?
______________________________________________________________________________________
Asari Justicar Spectre Vanguard: concept by The Ashen Phoenix
Feriwan must hate having to wait so long for his build and reviews only to find out that Phoenix gets his the day after.
Build:
Biotic Specter [Rank 6]: Melee and Warp Effect, Damage Reduction, Damage Reduction
Spectre Strike [Rank 6]: Overheat and explode, damage, weaken
Biotic Charge [Rank 6]: Force and Damage, Power Synergy, Barrier
Asari Spectre [Rank 6]: Power Damage, Power Damage, Power Damage
Fitness [Nothing]:
Review:
Nothing really compares to the maneuverability of the Asari Justicar Spectre Vanguard. Phase through walls, punch enemies with great power and then follow up with an epic melee strike. Mix and match your combat with charge, stealth and gunplay. Cause mayhem and misdirection. Fry those synthetics and send enemies into full panic mode as they play hunt the Justicar. A fun little game where you hunt for an illusive ghost who can walk through walls and send you flying with a post charge shockwave. If that doesn't kill you her spectre strike will easily finish you off.
I love this kit with a burning passion. Your kit is a cross between Kitty Pryde and Azazel from the XMen. Teleportation and walking through walls! Pure badass!

What do you think of my Nordic Shapeshifter? Warewolf, Vampire and angry Nord rolled into one (earlier on this page).

But I love the idea of being able to shift between different shapes with different specialties to fir the situation, my kind of thing. Though honestly, I'd probably spend most of my points/time in werewolf, because 1. werewolves are awesome (only beaten by vampires [speaking of, where are they in the shapeshifting?]) 2. Gargoyles were the bane of my existence in Dawnguard and 3. The powers look amazing (I'm always one for pets).
I still think for one of my non ME character you've inspired a dragon priest with all your skyrim characters

Race: Khajiit. Feline origin.
Gender: An appearance option.
Base Health: 1000
Movement and Agility: Identical to that of the Drell
Fighting style: Martial arts and stealth
Description: These are sneeky fighters who rely heavily on their abilities to brew potions, craft deadly poisons to attach to their weapons and lob grenades.
Due to their light armor, when they move they make no sound. They can use their potion to turn invisible and perform backstabs. They can poison their blades and bows to perform one hit kills. They can blow up areas of the battlefield with their grenades. When all else fails, they bring out their claws to rip foes apart.
Mechanics:
This kit has 4 separate ammo types.
Potions
Poisons
Grenades
Arrows (for bows) or Knives (for throwing)
By default you have 2 potions, 2 poisons and 2 grenades.
_____________________________________________________________________________________
Choice of Melee Weapons - pick one
Unarmed: deliver plenty of damage to health, shields and barriers due to rapidity of strikes and sharpness of claws. Unarmed combat doesn't do much damage to armor, unless claws have a corrosive fluid added.
Dual Daggars: Silent and deadly. Completly ignore barriers and shields and deal heavy damage to health and armor. Best backstab damage bonus.
Dual Axes: Can cleave through anything. Heaviest damage to armor and health. Okay damage versus shields and barriers.
1 Hand Spear: Hunting spears take a while to get used to. They are used to thrust. If they hit they will deliver heavy damage to enemies ignoring barriers and shields. However, they are much slower than the other options available and have a tendancy to miss. On the plus side, they have greater reach, allowing the Khajiit to hit a cerberus phantom, before the phantom get's close.
_____________________________________________________________________________________
Choice of Ranged Weapons:
Short Bow - Faster rate of fire, low damage.
Long Bow - Slower rate of fire, higer damage
Cross Bow - Fast fire speed. High damage. High impact. Slow reload time.
Throwing Knives - Rapid fire speed. Inaccurate. Shortest range. Highest damage if hit is successful.
_____________________________________________________________________________________
Potion: Combine ingredients to create a potion that provides buffs and healing.
Rank 1: Unlock. Combines Blue Mountain Flowers and Butterfly Wings to restore 10% health.

Rank 3: Abecean Longfin - improves your ability to sneak. Effect lasts 20 seconds.
Rank 4a: Beehive Husk - improves your sneak, and adds 10% damage resistance. This effect lasts 30 seconds.
Rank 4b: Canis Root - Improves damage from ranged and melee weapons by 10%. This effect lasts 30 seconds.

Rank 6b: Nirnroot - gain 60 seconds of invisibility plus 10% headshot damage bonus and 10% backstab damage bonus.
Rank 6b: Wisp Wrapping - fortifies your stamina doubling your already fast movement speed for 30 seconds. If you're running under this effect, enemies will literally be unable to hit you.
_____________________________________________________________________________________

Rank 1: Unlock Skeever Tail: 10% extra damage to all enemy types.
Rank 2: Slaughterfish Egg: a slow damage over time to all enemy types. 50 damage per second regardless of protection. This effect lasts 10 seconds.
Rank 3: River Betty: Slows down foe by 10%, and makes foe take 10% damage from all sources.
Rank 4a: Salt Pile: Foe will take 10% more damage from direct damage biotic, tech and combat powers. This effect lasts till foe is killed.
Rank 4b: Red Mountain Flower: Enemy will be unable to use their powers. In addition, if they wield guns, they will deliver 20% less damage. Effect lasts till foe is dead.
Rank 5a: Orange Dartwing: Lingering damage. This will deliver an additional 50 damage per second regardless of protection. This effect lasts 10 seconds.
Rank 5b: Moon Sugar: Will make foe hallucinate. Causing them to shoot the air or shoot their allies. This effect has a 40% chance of working. If it works it will not wear off.
Since hallucination effect doesn't work on synthetics, the moon sugar will deliver 500 points of damage to synthetics regardless of protections.
Rank 6: Poison Bloom: your next 2 attacks deal 20% extra damage.
In addition, this will make affected foe panic reducing their accuracy by 30%, and slow enemy down by 10%.
Rank 6b: Honey Comb: Will ravage stamina. Foe will be unable to perform sync kills, will have a 50% penality to all attacks and will have a 50% penality to movement speed. This effect lasts 20 seconds.
_____________________________________________________________________________________
Grenade - Lob a grenade at your foes. The mechanics of this power are identical to the mechanics of chucking any other grenade. The grenade has a radius of 2.5 metres.
Rank 1: Unlock: Falmer Ear - 10% chance of removing shields and barriers. 50% chance of performing an instant kill against foes down to health.

Health: 1200
Shields: 2500
Description: these hulking automons are the Geth version of elite Geth Primes. Using advanced technology networking capabilities and drones, these units command a host of supportive abilities and drones to help out comrades and themselves, as well as maintain order on the battlefield. They are large units, but unlike their Juggernaut brethren, they are not meant to be frontline soldiers. These elite units are meant to be mobile rally points like enemy geth primes are, and work to boost comrades to their limits and control the battlefield while also doing large damage and suppressive fire with their own weapons from a distance. Since they have no self-repair mechanisms like the Juggernaut, those who try to maneuver these hulking machines into situations they cannot handle will soon learn that while they may be durable, they are not invincible. Their strength lies in rallying themselves and comrades with their technology and drones while also disrupting the enemy and keeping them at bay.
________________________________________________________________________________________
Special characteristics:
Immune to sync kills
Size and speed: the Network Commander operates like the juggernaut, very large and unable to take cover or run. They do however, have a faster walking speed (a bit faster than a krogan)
Shields and health: the Commander has slightly higher initial shields and health than a Juggernaut
Heavy Melee: replaced with Drone creation- holding in the heavy melee causes the Commander to assume a pose similar to a Juggernauts pose when using the heavy melee drain, including a white omni-tool gauntlet. However, instead it will begin to create small, bluish drones that look like the CAT6 drones. These Drones are essential in many abilities and will float around him when not in any mode. Can only be used when in the "default mode" (not using any powers)
Light melee: default replaced by drone command- light melee will be used to command the drones in many powers, when not in any mode using the light melee will simply cause a drone to fly off to a selected enemy and harass them like a combat drone would
Network modes: The Commander has different network modes instead of powers. These network modes allow his software to tap into nearby drones, weapons, armor, shields, etc. Allowing him to upgrade them as long as he is in that mode with super advanced geth technology. Drones can only be generated when you are not in any network mode. These network modes have no cooldown
Network link vs drone master: All powers are modes of support, these modes all diverge on two paths, one being neural links that will passively or in general help allies, while the other is centered around infusing your drones with power. While your drones may also help allies in certain modes, Network link is usually either passive or more support oriented, while drones are usually activated, short lasting, or more disruption/offensive oriented
________________________________________________________________________________________
Powers:
Offensive Network link: Link your neural pathways up to nearby ally weapons and supercharge your drones offensive capabilities. Rallying enemies and preparing your drones for an offensive assault
Mechanics: during this mode your drones glow dark red and a bright red ring begins to pulse from you. Using your light melee will cause a single drone to fly off to a nearby enemy and self destruct, dealing damage. Using your heavy melee, however, will trigger a super powered beam cannon from your shoulder that sacrifices all your drones for a singular, powerful explosion. Otherwise, allies near you will gain offensive boosts
Rank 1: drone explosion damage 200, drone beam canon damage 700 per each drone used, ally boost radius 18M, allied weapon damage boost 5%, allied fire rate boost 5%, allied extra clip bonus 10%, allied accuracy bonus 5%
Rank 2: increase radius to 4M
Rank 3: increase drone explosion damage by 50
Rank 4: A. Increase allied accuracy, and clip bonus by 10%, increase rate of fire bonus by 5%
B. increase drone beam cannon damage by 200 per drone, increase drone explosion damage by 100
Rank 5: A. increase allied weapon damage bonus by 10%, allied powers now do 20% more damage
B. drones will now disassemble instead of self destruct, and reappear 5 seconds later near you. Drones will also now zap any enemies that come within 3M of you as they buzz around you, stunning smaller enemies and dealing 50 damage each
Rank 6: A. increase radius of allied buffs by 5M, increase weapon damage boost by 5%, increase rate of fire, accuracy, and clip size bonus by 15%, allies now have a 30% chance of not using any ammo per shot using advanced heat sink technology
B. You now also gain a passive +5% weapon damage boost for each drone you have active
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Defensive Network link: Tap into ally shield mechanisms, armor diagnostics, and first aid interfaces, as well as sending your drones into a protective state that allows them to directly interface with allied shields and armor.
Mechanics: Your drones glow a light blue in this mode, pressing the heavy melee will cause your drones to form a hex shield directly in front of you that absorbs all fire until it is destroyed (your drones are destroyed along with it). Pressing the light melee button will cause a drone to explode in energy and restore the shields of any nearby allies.
Rank 1: Ally buff range 15M, hex shield health 700 per drone, amount of shields healed on drone explosion 200, allied shields increased by 150, allied shield regen rate increased by 5%, allies gain 5% passive DR
Rank 2: increase buff range by 3M
Rank 3: increase shields healed on drone explosion by 50
Rank 4: A. increase allied shield buff by 150, increase shield regen by by 10%
B. Increase hex shield health per drone by 100
Rank 5: A. increase DR buff by 5%, when allied shields go down they have a 40% chance to trigger a generator which immediately kickstarts their shields and gives them back 250 shields
B. increase shields healed per drone explosion by 100, Allies within 6M of you automatically gain 200 shields every 5 seconds
Rank 6: A. increase allied max shields by 250, increase range of being able to revive someone to 4M (you do not have to be right on top of someone to revive them now), increase DR buff by 10%
B. You gain an extra 5% DR for each drone you have, and regenerate 50 shields per second per drone
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Tactical Network Link: Link your software to allied omni-tools, biotic and combat amps, computer software, and armor hydraulics. As well as reconfigure your drones to gather and send tactical data
Mechanics: Your drones glow a bright orange while in this mode. Pressing the heavy melee will send a swarm of drones off to sabotadge and invade enemy software, weakening them in various ways. While pressing the light melee button will cause a drone to explode and emit a recon pulse that highlights enemies within the area. If you are targetting an enemy and use the light melee the drone will fly off and reveal the are near the enemy you were highlighting
Rank 1: Ally buff range 16M, allied movement speed increased by 5%, allied power recharge speed decreased by 5%, allied powers deal 5% more damage, range of drone recon pulse 5M, heavy melee drone strike causes 2% extra damage taken per drone
Rank 2: increase range of buffs by 4M
Rank 3: increase drone recon pulse range by 4M
Rank 4: A. increase allied movement speed by 5%, increase allied power recharge speed buf by 10%
B. increase drone recon pulse range by 5M, increase damage taken per drone by 2%
Rank 5: A. ally tech powers have a 30% chance to cause enemy weapons to overheat, making them unable to shoot for 5 seconds, ally biotic powers have a 50% chance of automatically causing a biotic explosion
B. increase ally recon pulse range by 5M, drone sabotadge now causes the enemy to deal 5% less damage per drone
Rank 6: A. increase allied movement speed by 10%, increase allied power damage by 5%, all allies can now see enemies highlighted within 5M of them, increase allied damage to protection (armor, shields, barrier) by 25%
B. Increase drone recon pulse range by 5M, drone sabotage now fries any scanning, radar, or sight systems within 5M of their target for 6 seconds, making the enemies unable to see you
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Network Link software (power passive): The Commanders special link software allows him to process much more data than any other geth unit, allowing him to simultaniously be within his combat unit as well as within allies weaponry, combat, defensive, omni-tool and amp systems within a short range. As well as command the specialized drones he is known for, all without ever having to leave his combat unit of a body.
Rank 1: amount of drones able to be summoned 4, all allies near you gain 100 extra max shields
Rank 2: increase maximum amount of drones you can summon by 1
Rank 3: Ally powers recharge 15% faster
Rank 4: A. Anytime a drone dies, there is a 15% chance all allies will gain 150 shields from released energy
B. Ally power damage increased by 5%
Rank 5: A. increase number of summonable drones by 1
B. increase allied weapon and power damage by 5%
Rank 6: A. increase maximum amount of summonable drones by 1, pressing the heavy melee button when in no Networked Link mode and having a full amount of of drones will send your drones to revive all fallen allies (same time as player revive), they will be destroyed after this action.
B. Allies passivley regenerate 1 grenade every 20 seconds, and one thermal clip with of ammo every 15 seconds
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Commander Software (fitness): Your unique software can be used to vastly micromanage shields and increase their outputs by large amounts, as well as having the most advanced shields the Geth have to date. Or the software can be used to largely enhance weapon damage by fine-tuning system preformance and micro-tuning the weapon to incredibly percise intervals and accuracy with your software
Rank 1: increase shields by 200, increase weapon damage by 5%, increase carry weight capacity by 10 points
Rank 2: increase shields by 200
Rank 3: increase weapon damage boost by 5%
Rank 4: A. increase weapon damage by 5%

Before I start my build I have one thing to say. I love it when fitness and class passives are placed in the class description complete with their evolutions.
Build:
Offensive Network Link [Rank 6]: Drone Beam Cannon, Allied Weapon & Power Damage, Weapon Damage
Defensive Netork Link [Rank 6]: Allied Shield Buff, Shields Healed Per Explosion, Allied Shields
Tactical Network Link [Rank 6]: Allied Movement & Cooldown, Overheat and Biotic Explosion, Allied Movement
Network Link Software [Rank 6]: Ally Power Damage, Increased Weapon and Power Damage, Ammo Regen
Commander Software [Nothing]:
Review:
In short this kit is just epic. Reading this facinating kit just made my day.
This kit is pure awesomeness. The main thing lacking in N7 Special Forces is a proper leader character. Sometimes what you need isn't so much another ass kicker, but rather someone who will buff the already badass ass kicking war machines.
To me support isn't all about healing the team with repeated shield boosts from the volus characters, its about boosting your squads powers and weapons to shred enemies to pieces. This is where the Geth Commander comes in.
You can of indeed bring volus style support with your defensive network, which is fine. Keeping your team alive enables them to continue tearing foes apart. Especially during a difficult situation when you're surrounded by Atlases, Primes, Preatorians, Brutes, Phantoms, Dragoons, Banshees and Ravagers. Platinium matches can be a real pain.
Another great option is the offensive network that makes squad weapon and power damage even more powerful. If you're in a power hungry squad, that will use a combination of biotic and tech combos, then tactical network will cause a lot of weapon overheating and biotic explosions to coat the battlefield.
In addition each of the powers give the drones different functions. From overheating weapons to restoring shields to sabotage. So switching between drones is useful. The use of the heavy melee function to spawn drones is inspired. My guess is that you can't have all three modes on at the same time, but in a way that's a good thing. Switching between modes adds an element of strategy to this already strategic kit.
There is a passive that will restore grenades and weapon ammo along with more power and weapon damage and your squad can now handle anything.
I didn't put any points into commander software simply because I want this kit to be specialised in the funcition of buffing the team. The way I see it, you have the other players choosing different kits, so that you can buff your squad with your drones. Your role isn't pick up a gun and shoot. It is support. You only use guns to defend yourself. If I put points into commander software, I'd be sacrificing my ability to support the team.
Epic, epic, epic ideas!
Just plain wonderful! Keep it up!

Gender:Male or female. This is an option in the appearance settings.
Race: Bosmer
Agility: Drell levels of acrobatics and agility.
Description: After the fall of the Mages Guild, there were only few independant colleges that taught magic. Most notably The College of Winterhold. However most of these places didn't cover any magic of the school of mysticism, and the few that did, only taught a handfull of spells (which were considered part of illusion, alteration and conjuration).
A group of Bosmer hunters who were interested in mysticism would travel across Tamriel to every Independant Mage's College, only to find that Mysticism was not taught. So they consulted one of the few Mystic Wizards. An Altmer named Celria Estirdir over the teachings of mysticism. What started off as a small house soon became what is known as The Mystic Society. This is a guild that teaches archery, stealth and most importantly the School of Mysticism.
Today The Mystic Society teaches other schools of magic including illusion and alteration, but the main focus has always been on Mysticism. The Mystic Society can be found in Southern Valenwood.
________________________________________________________________________________
Pick 1 Melee Weapon:
Valenwood Katanas: These curved blades have detailed leaf like patterns incribed on the blades. These blades have high backstab damage, but in head to head conflict, they deal very little damage.
Bosmer Longswords: These are too long to be one handed weapons and too short to be two handed wepons. They are used to deal heavy damage to armor. They are not very stealthy and are not effective at backstabbing.
Dual Valenwood Axes: Quicker to wield than longswords, but not very fast. They deal decent damage to shields and barriers but excel versus armor and health. They have leaf like batterns incribed on the head of the axes.
Bosmer Maces with Shield: Mace and shield. These aren't used for hunting. This is when stealth has faield, the mace and shield grants the user protection along with high stagger rate.
________________________________________________________________________________
Pick 1 Ranged Weapon:
Valenwood Longbow: High armor piercing arrows fired from this bow. They can penetrate light cover. Like all valenwood weapons, they are inscribed with leaf like patterns. Whereas the general Bosmer weapons are plain.
Bosmer Shortbow: High rate of fire, very effective against shields and barriers due to magical enchantments. Not very effective against armor.
Valenwood Staff: This staff isn't a magical staff. It is equipped with a corrosive fluid with electrical effects. There is a trigger that is pressed which causes a powerful projectile to be fired at foes. This does damage over time to all enemy types and all protection types. Like all Valenwood weapons, it has leaf like inscriptions as part of its design.
Bosmer Staff: High powerd mystic bolts fired from this magical weapon. It deals heavy damage to all enemy types but has a very slow rate of fire. Whilst consuming no ammo like the other three ranged options, the caster must wait 3 seconds after each shot.
________________________________________________________________________________
Bosmer Hunter Mode: This is a combination of spells. This is a combination of Detect Life, Projectile Reflection, and comes complete with a new invisibility mechanic.
The invisibility works as follows. As long as you are moving slowly you will remain invisible. Firing weapons, running, using other spells will cause the hunter to become visible.
Cooldown: None. Sustained ability.
Rank 1: Unlock. Backstab damage +10%, Headshot Damage (with ranged weapon) +10%
See foes from behind cover.
See foes several meters away even if they're behind cover.
80% chance to deflect projectile powers like Phantom's phasic disruptors and Banshee balls.
Rank 2: Backstab Damage +10%
Rank 3: Headshot Damage + 10%
Rank 4a: Invisibilty effect. There is a 30% chance that casting a spell or attacking an enemy won't cause the caster to become visible. In addition, whilst invisible the caster gains 50% bonus to health regeneration.
Rank 4b: Invisibility bonus: +10% to Backstab Damage and 10% to headshot damage if invisible. Also this enables the caster to run without becoming visible.
Rank 5a: Phasic Archer: Ranged attacks from bows and staffs can pass through thick cover. Light cover will incur zero penality to damage, but thick cover will incur a 50% penality to ranged attack damage.
Rank 5b: Power Runner: Allows the caster to perform powerul melee attacks whilst running without losing momentum. These power attacks deliver a 10% damage bonus.
Rank 6a: Assassin of the Veil
+20% Backstab Damage
Rank 6b: Marksman of the Veil
+20% Headshot Damage
________________________________________________________________________________
Magelight:
The caster fires a bolt of light which will act as a proximity mine. The main difference is that this bolt of light has an illusion spell attached to it, causing foes to believe that the Wood Elf Mystic is standing there firing arrows. Foes will rush towards the bolt of light and it will explode.
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Rank 1: Unlock
Rank 2: Damage to Shields/Barriers +20%
Rank 3: Damage to Armor/Health +20%

Krogan ancient:
Krogan have extremely long lifespans. So much so that some still-living Krogan are old enough to be considered ancient relics- They have seen all the galaxy has to offer, and beaten most of it to a pulp.
Their Prowess in battle is unmatched, and their intellect is matched only by their ruthlessness. To them, "Fair Fight" Means "Nuclear Ordinance." Terrifying combatants, they are not to be trifled with. They are frenzied warriors on the battlefield, and nothing can stop them.
Immune to sync-kills, can take cover.
