The female Quarians have been often ignored and a class such as this one is a great way to make them relevant again.

My kind of soldier.
This is a great concept that, like Soja 57's Quarian is about using powers to support weapon damage. There is quite a bit of debuffing form the shock field grenade, massive weapon damage boosts from omni-overdrive and a nice shield that makes the soldier hard to kill.
Salarians are normally squishy, but now there is one that can finally out Krogan a Krogan. Combine the hitpoints with salarian ingenuity and you have a powerful class.

Supremacy, Hallucinogenic Grenades and Path of Reaper are oozing with tainted goodness. Combine that with a fabulous crack shot ability and you have a very powerful fear mongering marksman. This is trully the stuff of nightmeres, and I mean this in a good way:devil:.

Heavy Melee: Magical Weapon Strike
Ranged Weapon: Slingshot, Bow or Crossbow
Block: The button key that normally switches weapon is the shield block ability for Link.
Agility: Combat rolls for forward movement, side jumps for side movements and backwards summersault.

Survival Ops: Instead of survival ops, link consumes a potion.

Rank 5a: Explosive charge radius increased from 1 metre to 2 metres.

Rank 6a: Double Explosive Charges. You unleash 2 explosive charges instead of one.
Rank 6b: Efficient Electric Burst. Your electric burst attack has a 20% chance of expending no ammo. Of course even with this mechanic, if you have no ammo you can't unleash this ability.

Arm Cannon:
This is your regular weapon. The arm cannon has two modes that can be switched between in the same way other kits switch between weapons. Both firing modes take into account ammo powers.
Type: Passive
Assault Rifle Mode: This is a semi-automatic firing mode that fires spherical energy bolts at enemies. This can also be charged up to fire a larger bolt. The charged up projectile expends more ammo.
Missile Mode: This second firing mechanism fires missiles that travel like incinerate, cryo blast and most biotic projectiles and then detonate on impact. You can fire a charged up missile that expends more ammo.
Rank 1: Unlock Assault Rifle Mode
Rank 2: Unlock Missile Mode.
Rank 3: Modable: You can now attach assault rifle weapon mods to your arm cannon.
Rank 4a: Accuracy + 10%
Rank 4b: Rate of Fire + 10%

Rank 6a: Enhanced Powers: Grapple Beam and Energy Beam no longer rely on cooldowns. They use up consumables instead. Enhanced Powers improves power damage by 30%.
In addition they can take into account ammo powers.
Rank 6b: Improved Amplification. Doubles any damage bonuses you recieve from ammo mods.

Rank 4b: PED Upgrade: This upgrade makes your suit slightly darker. When your shields run out, they send out a shockwave dealing damage to foes within a 4 metre radius of Samus.
Rank 5a: Gravity Upgrade: This upgrade changes the colour of the arms and legs on your suit suit to Pink and Purple. This upgrade allows you to be immune to stagger and sync kills. In addition your morph ball attacks deal 10% more damage.
Rank 5b: Dark Upgrade: This upgrade changes your suit to dark grey and dark orange. Your arm cannon, energy beam and grab beam deal 10% more damage.
Rank 6a: Phazon Upgrade: This upgrade changes the colour of your suit to black with red highlights. This upgrade increases the damage output of arm cannon, grab beam and energy beam by 20%.
[b]Rank 6b: Light Upgrade: This upgrade changes the colour of your suit to a bright white. You can now jump higher and move faster in morph ball form. Your morph ball attacks also deal 20% more damage.

Rank 6a: Phazon Upgrade: This upgrade changes the colour of your suit to black with red highlights. This upgrade increases the damage output of arm cannon, grab beam and energy beam by 20%.

Alright, sorry for the delay, but becuase of the nature of this class I ahd to basically design two classes in one. But I gotta say, I'm impressed by my work, hope you all enjoy it, here he is! Finally!
Soldier: Xcom Psionic soldier

Health: 500
Barrier: 750
Description: Xcom is a shadow organization, unknown to nearly all citizens but vastly funded but multiple government systems across Earth. Created to combat an alien menace of a different kind, they find themselves in similar shoes in the war against the reapers. Xcom soldiers are highly trained and outstandingly equipped, and they wield the powers of the very foes they fought in their own dimension, making them truly a force to be feared on the battlefield. They can adapt to almost any situation using the slew of abilities and weaponry they have acquired , they can fill the position of weapons expert, tank, strategic commando, or powers expert.
Special features:
Customizabile powers: for each of the three main powers, you choose between two different powers and then evolve them! When you first open up the tree you spend the first point on deciding between two powers, it then opens up the evolution tree for the power you chose.
Multiple evolutions: The endgame for their two passive powers feature multiple evolutions to choose from, making these soldiers extremely versatile in builds
Psionic Powers: Instead of using biotics, these soldiers wield extremely powerful psionics, which deal mainly with two abilities of telekinesis and assaulting the mind.
Fixed and separate cooldowns: Psionics, unlike biotics, do not create the same stress on the user. They can all be used at once, but also have long cooldowns that cannot be changed, this however leaves the soldier up to pack the best weapons he can manage to carry, however it also means most of his powers will be used much less than the average biotic
Power choice 1: MindFray OR Psi Panic
MindFray: Attack your enemies mind, fragmenting and destroying it, causing moderate damage but severely damaging the enemies ability to aim, move, and making it take more damage. Robotic enemies are immune to the damage due to the fact that they have no nerves, however their circuitry is still fried so the penalties still apply
Rank 1: Damage 250, movement speed penalty 30%, -30% accuracy, enemy takes +5% more damage, cooldown 9 sec, duration 6 seconds
Rank 2: increase enemy damage taken by 5%
Rank 3: Increase damage by 100
Rank 4: A. Increase movement speed and accuracy penalties by 10%
B. Increase damage taken by 5%
Rank 5: A. Robotic enemies now take half damage
B. Enemy will now deal 20% less damage
Rank 6: A. Mind blast: Deal severely more damage as you cripple the enemies mind completely and utterly. Destroying their will and ability to move or fight, and this more potent version lasts longer, but also takes longer to use again (+300 damage, + 30% to movement speed and aim penalty, 10 second duration, 14 second cooldown)
B. Mind sabotage: The enemy is now so stricken with fear they will hardly want to do anything but cower in a corner, they won't be able to attack or defend themselves very well while in this state (+40% to aim penalty, +15% to damage taken)

Psi Panic: Place worms of extreme fearin your enemies mind. They are unable to cope with such pure,undiluted fear and fly into a berserk rage in an attempt of survival, unable to see the difference between friend and foe and hardly able to shoot anyway. Enemies with strong will are immune to this effect
Rank 1: enemy will attackanything nearby with a -30% aim penalty, duration 6 seconds, cooldown10 seconds. Enemies do NOT attack the panicked ally. Bosses (Banshees, atlases, praetorians), are not affected, synthetics not affected
Rank 2: Enemy will now also have a chance of throwing a grenade (if they can throw one)
Rank 3: enemies will now will shoot the panicked ally if they are perceived as a threat
Rank 3: A. Synthetics will now erupt in an explosion if they are killed while psi panic is used dealing 300 damage in a 3M radius
B. Panicked enemies will now take +10% more damage
Rank 4: a. Psi Panic now stuns any average sized enemies in a 2M radius
B. Psi panic now pacifies units, making them deal 20% less damage
Rank 5: A. synthetics are now berserked as well, with a -2 second duration penalty
B. Strong willed units can now be targeted, with a -3 second duration penalty
Rank 6: A. Terror: units are now so terrified by the images you instill that after going berserk for a shorter time, they take cover and hide until their visions fade. ( -1 second duration, after berserk enemy will take cover and not attack for an additional 4 seconds)
B. Horror: Your power instills such fear that the enemy is pacified to your will, they will now never attack your teammates while berserked, and will deal more damage to their former allies while panicked. This makes the effects last less time though. (-1 sec overall duration, enemy does +40% more damage to enemies and will not attack team mates)

Mind control: An extremely advanced psionic technique that involves finely controlling your targets mind. Only the most advanced psionic users can maintain control, and at great energy cost, however those who do have complete control over the enemies mind. Stronger willed units have a greater chance of not being able to be controlled.
Mechanics: Mind control works sort of like domination, but with a few key differences. For one the artwork constantly shows a stream of psionic energy, indicating where the person you are controlling is. Second, while mind controlling an enemy, the heavy melee button is replaced with the “full control” option, which disables control for your character (who will instead remain stationary and shot any enemies that come nearby with average accuracy) and enables you to fully take control of the enemy. Meaning you see through their point of view and control their weapons (pressing the signature power button [triangle for PS3] will put you back to controlling your player). This power, thanks to being so powerful, also is not guaranteed to work, and if it does not work the user will incur the hefty cooldown without the benefits. If you are controlling a unit with an insta kill this insta kill may be used ONLY ONCE PER MIND CONTROL AND ONLY WHILE DIRECTLY CONTROLLING THEM. Decreasing the duration, but allowing you to repeatedly control their minds at greater cost. (decreases cooldown and duration by 3 seconds, however pressing the mind control power button when directly controlling someone will give you the chance to extend the duration by 3 seconds, but also add 2 seconds to the cooldown. Each time you do this you still have the chance to fail and if you do you will be forced out of your target and suffer the extended cooldown. You can do this over and over again until you fail. Increases chance to control weak willed units by 5%, strong willed units by 10%, and bosses by 15%)
B. Pawns: You have become extremely adept at controlling the enemies mind from afar, sending them out to do your bidding while you remain in safety. Because of this mind control has become a nearly background power for you, increasing it's duration greatly, and weaker units are far easier to control. (increase duration by 5 seconds, increase chance to control weak willed units by 5%, and strong willed units by 15%, units you do not directly control also do 25% more damage and resist 15% damage form enemies)

Psi inspiration:Boost the will and mental capabilities of team mates nearby for a short time using psionic mind linking. Giving them increased aim, reaction time, and willpower
Rank 1: radius 8M, duration 13 seconds, cool down 18 seconds, aim bonus 15%, movement speed bonus 5%, reload speed bonus 10%, damage bonus 5%

6A: Titan Armor: Use Xcom titan armor to protect yourself, some of the heaviest, but also incredibly protective, armor in Xcom. This armor uses alien technologies and minerals to form incredibly protective plating around it's wearer, increase health and shields by 35%, give +10% damage protection, decrease speed by 15%
6B: Archangel armor: Archangel armor uses Alien fuels and rocket propulsion systems to propel normal operatives into the air, this protective armor has been redesigned to give increased mobility and energy systems, increase health and shields by 25%, increase movement speed by 15%, give the same propulsion pack the turian Armegier legion units have, decrease shield regen time by 10%
6C: Ghost Armor: Using Alien materials and energy cells, we have adapted them into a light armor that increases mobility and grants the uses with a limited cloaking device, the bad side is the suit uses up so much energy there isn't as much room for shield upgrades, increase health and shields by 15%, increase movement speed by 20%, replaces light melee with a temporary cloak like the volus (lasts 6 seconds) that does not grant a damage bonus

They can all be used at once, but also have long cooldowns that cannot be changed, this however leaves the soldier up to pack the best weapons he can manage to carry, however it also means most of his powers will be used much less than the average biotic
Power choice 1: MindFray OR Psi Panic
MindFray: Attack your enemies mind, fragmenting and destroying it, causing moderate damage but severely damaging the enemies ability to aim, move, and making it take more damage. Robotic enemies are immune to the damage due to the fact that they have no nerves, however their circuitry is still fried so the penalties still apply
Rank 1: Damage 250, movement speed penalty 30%, -30% accuracy, enemy takes +5% more damage, cooldown 9 sec, duration 6 seconds
Rank 2: increase enemy damage taken by 5%
Rank 3: Increase damage by 100
Rank 4: A. Increase movement speed and accuracy penalties by 10%
B. Increase damage taken by 5%
Rank 5: A. Robotic enemies now take half damage
B. Enemy will now deal 20% less damage
Rank 6: A. Mind blast: Deal severely more damage as you cripple the enemies mind completely and utterly. Destroying their will and ability to move or fight, and this more potent version lasts longer, but also takes longer to use again (+300 damage, + 30% to movement speed and aim penalty, 10 second duration, 14 second cooldown)
B. Mind sabotage: The enemy is now so stricken with fear they will hardly want to do anything but cower in a corner, they won't be able to attack or defend themselves very well while in this state (+40% to aim penalty, +15% to damage taken)

Psi Panic: Place worms of extreme fearin your enemies mind. They are unable to cope with such pure,undiluted fear and fly into a berserk rage in an attempt of survival, unable to see the difference between friend and foe and hardly able to shoot anyway. Enemies with strong will are immune to this effect
Rank 1: enemy will attackanything nearby with a -30% aim penalty, duration 6 seconds, cooldown10 seconds. Enemies do NOT attack the panicked ally. Bosses (Banshees, atlases, praetorians), are not affected, synthetics not affected
Rank 2: Enemy will now also have a chance of throwing a grenade (if they can throw one)
Rank 3: enemies will now will shoot the panicked ally if they are perceived as a threat
Rank 3: A. Synthetics will now erupt in an explosion if they are killed while psi panic is used dealing 300 damage in a 3M radius
B. Panicked enemies will now take +10% more damage
Rank 4: a. Psi Panic now stuns any average sized enemies in a 2M radius
B. Psi panic now pacifies units, making them deal 20% less damage
Rank 5: A. synthetics are now berserked as well, with a -2 second duration penalty
B. Strong willed units can now be targeted, with a -3 second duration penalty
Rank 6: A. Terror: units are now so terrified by the images you instill that after going berserk for a shorter time, they take cover and hide until their visions fade. ( -1 second duration, after berserk enemy will take cover and not attack for an additional 4 seconds)

Horror: Your power instills such fear that the enemy is pacified to your will, they will now never attack your teammates while berserked, and will deal more damage to their former allies while panicked. This makes the effects last less time though. (-1 sec overall duration, enemy does +40% more damage to enemies and will not attack team mates)

So, with regards to my Volus Spectre: I have two of the powers pretty well thought out, (A Souped-Up Annihilation Field, and, well... Muahaha; you'll see.) but I am having difficulty coming up with a unique third one.
