Wow, I miss my old Turian Avatar. But looks interesting, is there going to be a social network for all game companies? I prefer one overarching network versus lots of mini-networks.

I am not sure, but I think they want a social site instead of just a forum and maybe (just a guess) they have added features to ME2 like automatic uploading achievements, in-game screenshots, character and story progression to this site (just like they have done in DA:O). Of course I could be wrong.

Thanks for the response.  I guess there getting ready for the new ME2 which will mimic DAO's DLCs.. I'm guessing this site supports there new ideals.

Just installed the game and very excited to start playing...Was wondering what anyone thought of the Character Generator download and if it's worth using to start.

Also, is there any downloadable content available after installing the DA character generator?  I thought I read somewhere there was.

I just want to say BIOWARE RULES!!! They set the bar in rpg's and no other studio can reach it yet lol. GO BIOWARE im going to work with u someday. i know this is a mass effect 2 forum but there games are epic like kotor 1 and jade empire ( Go play these games ) They actually put effort into there games from texturing to audio to storyline and the best thing i love them for replay ability and choice. I just wanted to express my love for bioware lol. GO BIOWARE best game studio ever. P.S. Bioware please go and teach bethesda how to render lol : )

The site finally stopped giving me the overloaded message (though it still pops up from time to time). I was present for the live stream during the NFC title game. It was awesome. They actually answered a lot of questions and gave a lot of non spoiler details. That trailer shown at the 2 minute warning left me awe struck. I went on a tirade and told everyone I knew about the game. I can't wait till 9:00 central when I will get to pick up my paid off copy. BioWare gets major Kudos from me.

I've been playing Mass Effect 2 for 5 hours. I got it at midnight. I died during some random ****ing battle. I have autosave enabled but no. Of course, it wasn't working... And now, 5 in the god damn morning here I am doing the same thing over again. I had to tell someone somewhere or else I was just going to just take a hammer and break all my fingers for fun.
