Right .. Im gonna seem like a real pain in the rear with this but what's with all of the cut scenes and pre-planned dialogue in ME3? 

Its really terrible .. so much so I just had to stop playing and start looking for the skip cutscene option!  I didn't notice this aspect of the game when I first played it on the PS3 last year but I do now having played ME1/ME2 on the PC. This change alone kills the game play.  What happend to the ability to make real decisions with the characters that your inter acting with .. I mean thats what was so fab about ME1/ME2. Right now I feel like a bystander watching a movie with the odd option to say something interrrupt it.
