Now that BioWare has pretty much screwed up the game and made it all "pew pew" and not a good game (aka RPG) Tali is my one and only reason to buy the game now...I kid ye not.
I don't think they screwed up the game...they just improved the combat system alot. My belief is that they are trying to reach a larger group of people, so alot of the press footage has been about the new combat mechanics. I personally don't think it means that they wound up slacking on the RPG part of the game, partly due to the fact that bioware makes amazing games, and because I just listned to a podcast (Post game report: The Epic Win: Commander Shepard interview) in which they talked to Mark Meer ( The voice of male Shepard ) He indicates that he had to do more speaking lines for ME2 then in ME.....so I feel its safe to assume that they didn't **** slap the RPG part of mass effect just for the shooting and pew pew lazer guns
Ammo systems are an annoyance, there's no more mako, there's not even an inventory anymore. Powers have universal cooldown times, and the skills have been messed up.
Yeah they totally didn't ruin every good feature about ME1...
Honestly, those parts were fun (except the Mako....I got used to it but I wa
s not a fan...at least there making a new one.....apparently) I personally found the inventory system unorganized, and a tad bit tedious with all the upgrades etc. Though I will agree with you, ammo systems are annoying. But personally the reason I play the game isn't for the inventory, the mako, etc. I play it because it has a great story, as well as interacting with your squad and learning about them is quite fun.
