You could "talk it out" in the first game if you turned down sex. It was a choice. I imagine that's what they're referring to here. Patrick wouldn't have spent all that time trying to tell us why quarians and human could have sex if they don't have sex. Otherwise he could have just let people go on thinking taking off the mask was a death sentence for her.

That said, I personally wouldn't mind if it did turn out to be "talk it out." A non-physical romance would present the player with a unique challenge that to my knowledge Bioware hasn't attempted before.



Romance or not, as long as my Shepard has a chance to tell Tali how awesome he thinks she is, that will work.

Right. That is what I was thinking. The ESRB is mentioning it because it is a sexual situation, but it is definitely possible that it occurs with any or all of the characters, if you turn them down for whatever reason.

And you are right. Why make that point if it didn't need to be made.

Ah, thank you.  -phew- .  Yes this is about what I was thinking as well,  glad to know I'm not the only one that thinks so  :] Also, I think it wouldn't be very fair to deny the two most alien characters any sort of physical relationship with Shepard , while the human characters get to do whatever they want. It seems to me if they DID do that, it would solely be because they feel the characters are far "too" alien for that type of thing to happen, which, in my opinion would be incredibly biased and against that whole theme of choice that recurs in many a Bioware game. 

In short, Talimance FTW !

Tali isn't that alien.She has a few alien features, but for the most part she's close enough to humans to be considered aesthetically appealing for a sex scene. And though I'm a big supporter of the Garrus movement, she's definitely more marketable in terms of looks for a romance subplot.

 I can see it now they release a DLC called "Talimance" lol  and Tali will be like Lara Croft and her she'll be up to a C-Cup by ME3... which is might make some want a hypothetical ME4 even more.  lol  As for Chris's "illness" and such dialogue shenanigans, she says she has implants and such that protect her in her ME1.

She also is considered attractive by the Turian Saren Minion whom she thinks works for the shadow broker. He makes a pass at her while they are talking.

I'm a huge supporter of the tali romance and garrus romance, though, while I know from Mr. Weekes quarians and humans can have sex, I would prefer a non physical romance story with Tali, just think of all the emotional scenes there could be of "I won't leave you even if we can't do it" lines.

I dunno... Im not so sure about hip reductions. I could see it, but I thinks its all angles. Or it could be I'm just hoping, but Im not gunna worry till I can rotate and move the camera to see for myself.
