I want to say that screwing a machine is wrong. In KOTOR there was a woman who wanted her droid back but when you found him he was trying to kill himself because she was bumping uglies with him and even HE knew it was wrong. But in the end Japan is going to create some fem sex bot and low and behold people are gonna be screwing machines. In the end theres just no use in trying to tell people no. So go ahead and go for legion I wish you uh... to be happy. I mean im hot for someone out of my own species people say that's wrong but I say she feels the same things I do and that makes her the same as us blah blah blah. ..

At least she can feel things...... and she's organic............  has emotion............  unlike a machine. anyway~~

I follow Giant Bomb very closely and I can tell you for sure that the interviewer (Vinny) is talking about ME1. With 'relationship' he is talking about the relationship (non-romantic) that you have with Tali and he always expected or hoped that it would evolve into a romance (in another podcast he stated that he wanted to romance Tali). And who can blame him?

Ty for the clarification!  So there's hope that you all get to see her unmasked this time around (and likely will)

Well since he was speaking in past tense, that's the most likely outcome. Especially since he was interviewing Casey about the game. Wouldn't be much point if he'd already played the game, right?

It would have a point for listeners.  I would say it's ME1, but we can't rule out GB having played a review copy at this point.

Yes but an interview when they've already played the game would be pointless for both parties as it'd be much easier for the interviewer to simply post a review and post some vague comments like "Tali fans will be happy"(okay more vague than that) but yeah, I get your point. I'm just trying to be optimistic though since I want to see Tali finally. =P

The interviewer is talking about ME1 (read my post above).
Anyway, even if they already played the game, this interview is not pointless because it is part of EA's marketing cycle. This interview is not so much for Giant Bomb to gain more information on ME2 as it is about exposure for ME2 on a podcast with a wide audience.

As for Tali and Legion...I imagine there is a way to have your cake and eat it too. In the Miranda/SuZe fight, the regular conversations are "side with Miranda" and "side with Jack." However, there were charm and intimidate best of both worlds options too. So stick with your alignment and you should have enough paragon or renegade to resolve it without much trouble.

It's not direct confirmation but, at this point, it's pretty much an open secret.

If some unloyal character causes my Tali to die, I will murder that character in each and every subsequent playthrough.

Well...the game has been leaked. The only upside is that we'll hopefully finally get our answer on Tali...probably in the next day or so.

Hell, let's just hope what devs said about being able to stay all squad mates alive is true. I don't want to kill Legion systematically in all my playtroughs.



That trailer was incredible. Was just I the one who noticed that it seems the ones who made the trailer thought JUST a little that we would be pleased to see Tali plays like a "big role" in ME2?



You know, she appears everywhere, she is the one from the ship, she is the one with the confrontation with IT.



Maybe the fact that she's an awesome engineer may help shepard and cerberus understand the reapers and collectors technology? Does Tali have a more important role that it seems?



Maybe i'm overthinking. Anyway, for me I just see a romance in that trailer for sure, apart from the Obvious one.

D:!!! THAT'S news! But it does make a bit more sense.

Looks like it'll be a lot more companion quest "grinding" this time around - and I'm gonna love every damn minute of it :3
