I'm a little late to the party, but am ecstatic that we get Tali as a LI this time around. The romance looks extremely well done from the parts that I've spoiled for myself thus far.



I guess the next step is making sure that she is still a party member in the third instead of a character you see once or twice on some random side planet.

In case anyone's interested, I've got an ongoing Mass Effect fan fiction featuring Tali romance:

It's actually a sort of love-triangle between FemShep, Tali and Liara, so I guess it won't appeal to any Asari haters. For those of you that don't mind however, it's actually got a lot more Tali than Liara atm. Everything's set during the first game (it was written before the announcement of Talimance in ME 2), with some non-canon additions in the interest of decent narrative.
If you like it, I welcome all review or pm's (or I guess you could post something here since it's kind of related). Enjoy

I think Liz Sroka did a good job, but shepard seemed a bit cold. I am guessing its because that was from a game he started in Mass Effect 2, not imported. Hopefuly, if we import, it may sound a bit better on Shep's part.

Yeah, that's the start of it. But I'm talking about that entire sequence during the entire mission on Freedom's Progress. It's all very cold (mostly from Shepard's side).

Yeah, it's been an ongoing project of mine for nearly a year. Originally, it was going to be a pure Liara fic, but then I got the idea that I would be kina nice to give Tali an unrequited crush on the Commander. After writing her part however, I thought it was just too cute an opportunity to pass up and decided to turn it into a 3-way thing.
