for me, to conserve on CM IVs:
Adrens: non-Demo grenadiers (reach doz boxes faster), non-KV Krogans, non-BV Batarians, Destroyer, Reegar Juggy, anyone w/ a shotgun main
Shield Power Cells: Power spammers (faster recharge = can pop outta cover for powers more frequently), non-GI Geth, practically anyone that wants a defense boost w/o using a CM
Power Amps: Grenaders, Smashers, some of the VGs, Flamer kits, Pally/FQE/HE, Huntress
Power Efficiency: Combo-ing classes, Power users w/ mid-heavy loadouts
Stabilization: users of the BW, Hurri, Argus, Valky gun, Striker, Lancer, Raider, Valiant, SRs in general (admittedly I use these less, but that's also cause I tend to prioritize the other mods if its not a weapons kit)
I'm at ~100 CM IVs atm; w/ these guidelines a have a pretty good spread of armor equip use.
