That sounds awful. Did you lose everything?

Re-downloading the new licence and all the DLC when I moved my Profile back in November was a massive pain in the tail. I can't imagine having to re-create one after getting hacked (I'm not 100% sure what Phishing is in the context of a gaming profile.)
