I envy all of you that get it on Tuesday. It isn't released here in Australia until Thursday And then I only get four days to play it before I go back to school and get swamped by homework - and it's my final year so I can't slack off.

Oh well, at least I get a free T-shirt at the launch party.

I don't know if this would count as spoilerific or nooot, but BioWare confirmed no F/F and M/M romance.

However, I don't think they ever said anything about Bromances!

While I'm personally pleased that we got 3 (good!) male LIs, if the shoe was on the other foot and Samara was given instead of Garrus, I'm sure we'd all be the same! Even worse if the Malesheps still got Tali.



I think that Kelly will be available for both genders, which I suppose might not be a consolation to the f/f gamers, who will see it as second-best to a fully-fledged romance (which it is, to be fair.)

I would only be a sad panda, to say the truth; I wouldn't insult Samara or anything. She has some really interesting possible character development, and I'd definitely bring her along, even if she wasn't romance material. She really does seem like one of the surprises, like Jacob, and others may be. I personally look forward to it..but not as much as to Garrus.

They're blowing everything out of the water. I won't say any more for fear that they'll all swoop down upon me (Cue Alistair quote.), but it does seem like they're taking this a bit out of hand. I mean, I know I wouldn't have been THAT upset had she been a romance and Garrus not. I'd be sad, yeah, but he wasn't a LI in the first game, either. Did that stop me? Nope.

I mean, Calla says is right. I wouldn't be upset to that degree; I'd be disappointed, and sadfaise for awhile, but it would still be an excellent game irregardless. And, IMO, that is the true beauty of ME2. Garrus-love is just a BIIIIIIIG bonus!
