It bothers me that people are already jumping on the "WTF HAPPENED TO GARRUS" train and heading straight towards Not Romancing Him Ville. From what I've seen, yeah, he's more confident, but he's still that adorable younger guy that he was in the first game. Just more sure of himself, which can certainly happen after all he's been through.

Eh?  I haven't gotten this vibe at all.  Everything I've seen seemed completely in character for him.

I haven't either, but I've seen murmurs of discontent. Everyone should just keep confident when it comes to BioWare. They'll handle things well. Garrus is their character, after all.

I think it's because everyone was expecting to find the same exact character. Slightly unsure of himself, over eager, and very young feeling. He's still GARRUS, but he's not Garrus from ME1. Not 100%. He's.. a bit ****sure when it comes to OTHER women, but he still seems to be more than a little shy around Shepard, which is what matters.

Other women? *loads shotgun* What other women?

Ok, It was nice hangin with ya all (well.. lurking mostly, posted a few times.) but I am officially OUT. I'm getting out of these forums before I stumble into some nasty spoilers, (apparently there was a storm of them earlier with thread titles, and thankfully I missed that.) Minor spoilers and little tidbits I can handle, but not the big ones.. SO ya, congrats, WE WON, peace out, be back after I beat the game in about a week max.. probly.

Something I thought. Will we get to hear the Turian language when "it" happens? I mean, I'm assuming the translator is connected to the armor in some way.

I always assumed that the translators were implanted under the skin, or at least in the form of an ear device, since we can clearly see Shepard understanding the rest of the crew when out of her combat uniform during the debriefings on the Normandy.

Still it would be awesome to hear the turian language. ;-)

It could be like the throat implants from the movie Face/Off (fantastic flick BTW). Basically, in the movie they can be disabled due to a hard impact. I can only imagine.

Or plain and unassuming like a turkeys?
Or Bird of Paradise style?
