I live... in California. XD Probably one of the places on earth with the most consistent weather. Constantly warm, weather barely really drops in winter, and summers are hot but not too much so. There's just one problem... We never get snow. O.e NEVER. EVER.

January here is brutal. Biking to work every day through the snow is both cold and tiring, and apparently we're getting another week of snowfall soon.

I usually would volunteer, but.. Yeah, the risk is a bit too great for me. At least for this game.

I have been looking on every forum I know of for a yes or no to Garrus romance and so far nothing. >,<



I saw on one site a guy posting pictures of the game opened but no one is posting any spoilers that I have seen yet. I just want to know one way or the other so I can quit thinking about it.

Yeah, I'd usually volunteer, too, but I get really giddy and miss things... so I'd probably end up wiser about the end game and positively clueless about Mr. Vakarian. >.<

There is over 100 things that could change the world in ME2 from your decisions in ME1, but I'm sure you get to answer all of the important questions.

Yeah, according to the site I ordered it from the earliest possibility of me getting it is on Feb. 5th, though it is highly likely it won't be till the week after that.

I've never, ever been this close to even considering pirating something just until I get my physical copy. Shameful.

There are always private messages to whisper the delicious spoilers. We have all stayed in the forums because we all want to know of Garrus's potential love. I wouldn't mind pulling myself away from the game (for a few moments) to tell someone if he is in or not.

I'm figuring out if I have anything worth while to ask, and haven't come up with anything but romances yet. But if won't be telling more of the LIs then it'd just be a wasted question :/

I really don't know. Considering how many hints have been dropped lately it could theoretically be possible they'd finally spill it, but then again it's just as likely that they'll sidestep it again.

Can't you cancel the order since its gonna be so late and just get it at the store? Since you aren't having a midnight release, there might not be a lot of people in that area that want(they are crazy) the game.
Though I would understand if you can't cancel the order.

Is anyone going to a midnight launch? I just stopped at gamestop to let my brother buy some games (which I had to buy since the idiot forgot to bring his liscence) and saw that my gamestop is having midnight release! I am probably going to show up around 11am and wait since I got a pre-order. Not going to school the next morning either! (Yes, I have it all planned out!)

Anyone think they gonna give away anything? Cause I remember at some game midnight launches they give away shirts and stuff. >.< I would ADORE a Garrus shirt.

I will be going to the midnight launch at my local Gamestop.  I will then happily pick up my preorder, skip to my car, and wish my 30 minute commute was a fraction of that.

I think it's definitely worth the chance, though. Yeah, it'd be a wasted question, but they could very well answer it straight and then everyone wouldn't have to worry about it anymore.



Then again, they seem pretty set on keeping the "surprises" surprising. T.T

I can not possibly imagine that. XP That sounds like A LOT of snow. California might be a bit hot to people who are used to cold weather, though. It's pretty mild usually. Like around 73-80 degrees, but on days when it's around 70, I'm going around shivering in my coat, and tourists from colder states are strutting around in shorts. XD

Considering the delay is due to a production fault the delay on the CE boxes are for pretty much any shop here, online or otherwise. And yeah, I could just cancel it and go get the regular version, but I'm such a **** for limited goodies I just cannot bring myself to do it.

I remember the last chat, they just asked about Tali and Samara. We need to ask about Garrus. Hopefully someone will also mention that more LI's/Consort(kelly)  for the males have been revealed. The girls and some boys would really appreciate it if they would give us another confirm.

I have a really aweful feeling that I am going to rush the game just because I want to know if Garrus is a LI.

Hahaha, at 70? Comical.

But yeah, I really wish it was spring already. Damned cold is snatching heating bill money from me that could be used on ME2 DLC!

You could try checking as many shops as possible, since the news about the delay hit I checked about 6 online shops in Finland, and a lot of them still had the CE coming on the 28th, while some had moved the date. Might be a difference in versions though, although I'd assumed all the "nordic" countries were getting the same ones.


And I guess it would be worth it to ask about some Garrus-goodness, after all, if the question is completely pointless or asked several times then they'll just prolly pass it by.

Omg, it takes me around that time (maybe a bit more) to get to my Gamestop too. An hour of travel would be worth it though. Even though my game is pre-ordered I feel the urge to just show up around 10 when the line starts. Just because I'm not going to school the next day and I'm too excited. Time goes sooooo slow when your counting down.

Well, you still get the Terminus(bad speller maybe? xD) gear if you pre-order from Gamestop. All that matters to me though is GARRUS!

Hehe, the ending was epic. Everyone was complaining about that Darth-something-or-the-other guy, and then he got the last question. I couldn't help but laugh, it was kind of tragic and comedic at the same time.
Although, I must admit, his questions wouldn't have seemed all that bad if he had worded them better.
