I would certainly pursuit Garrus romance, even if only because of curiosity.

Well, yes, they made thane for an alien romance, but who's to say that he's the only one?

Between what Casey Hudson has revealed and the not-so-subtle hints of the X-Play video on relationships, we have more than enough information to believe that he's possibly a LI. Not to mention that Casey's claim that there's only three LIs for each gender was amended by his saying that he wasn't sure and that there were "some surprises" set up concerning love interests in-game.

Personally, I'd pursue a relationship storyline with Garrus before anyone else in the game. After hearing Casey talk about how Garrus and Tali were received by fans, I have faith that he, as well as the lovely quarian, are romanceable.

You people have new info:

-You've watched, or somehow know the details of Garrus' recruitment mission?

-But you don't know his LI status yet.

-But you DO know if those rumours about him being sick are true or false.



Am I right? Because the only thing I'd want spoiled is his LI status, and if he's dying or not, for obvious reasons. The rest I want to play it myself in the game.



Also, if there was a situation a la Virmire in the game, I think I could never take the option of leaving Garrus. Not even in an alternative crazy playthrough!

We strongly suspect his LI status is a positive, especially after Casey's bombcast answers regarding Garrus, as well as the very strong/positive position of Tali being one (read an article that name-dropped her).

Don't know if the rumors about him being sick or not are true, but I strongly doubt he is anything more than very tired.

There might not be a confirmation of his LI status until the game launches.

The person playing through the game right now is using a male shep, so only the only possible relation we'll see is a bromance.
