Its not one of the final death scenes , its not something that can be avoided but its not something to worry about  too much .

It isn't the death scene, it occurs during the main plot, and yes Garrus can survive past the endgame so you don't have to worry about an unavoidable death.

I personally think its the scene where Garrus and Shep are having fun in the ship's core. Do i getz a cookie?

If it's about the info I sent out last night, then it is unavoidable. The scene in question happens in a cutscene while you're too far away to make any impact.
